Knowledge and understanding

The program is structured to provide in-depth training in economic issues from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The program complements and deepens the skills that students have acquired during the Bachelor's degree, focusing, however, on knowledge, economic-statistical, legal, management and strategic aspects. In particular, the graduate acquires knowledge and understanding with regard to the relationships with economic phenomena, the institutional framework, as well as administrative and commercial law of the European Union, with particular reference to competition and regulatory issues. In order to make the transmission of knowledge, particularly normative and institutional knowledge, more agile, while guaranteeing its critical characterization, during lectures, the program emphasizes the use of case study tools and group work focused on solving problems that may arise in the European context. Testing of knowledge and understanding is done through research presentations, simulations of practical and legal cases, oral and written intermediate tests, and profit exams in addition to the final exam, all in English.

Students' ability to apply their knowledge is continuously assessed through the preparation of specific projects within each teaching, analysis of case studies, and profit examinations.
