Pre-enrolment Procedure A.Y. 2023/24

All students are welcome to apply to the Master of Science degree programme in European Economy and Business Law within the School of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata in Rome, Italy. After application, students who receive an acceptance letter can begin the pre-enrolment procedure.

All students who have studied at a non-Italian University must follow the procedures indicated below in order to complete official enrolment in autumn:

1. Students must obtain the legalization and/or AJA Apostille of all academic qualifications (high school diploma; University diploma; university transcripts indicating all exams taken). All documents must be officially translated into Italian and authenticated by the authorities of the country in which they were issued (except for specific international agreements and conventions providing for exemption).

2. In order to proceed with the enrollment the student must request the statement of comparability of the school and university degrees to the CIMEA. CIMEA issues these certificates in digital format, both to the candidate and to the international students' office of Tor Vergata. This is the link where the student can request the certificate.

The pre-enrollment procedure for the 2023/24 a.y. is mandatory for non-EU students non-residing in Italy and the deadline is 31 July 2023. It  takes place online on the Universitaly portal.

The procedures of visa issuing must be concluded by 30 November 2023
The online enrollment procedure will include both the uploading of the documents, payment of the first installment, validation and printing of the Student ID number, and password required to access online lessons.

As soon as the online enrollment procedure is open, the admissions office will provide additional details.

The online enrollment must however be formalized in presence as soon as the student arrives in Italy and presents both the original study documents and residence permit.
