The Uni.Ca student housing facility is located on via Raddusa, in a residential area of Tor Bellamonaca, roughly 5 km from the University campus. The newly renovated residential building offers double and single rooms to choose from, and a communal areas such as the kitchen and dining area, gym, cinema/TV room, veranda, balcony and other external areas. Each double room has a bathroom, each single room has a shared bathroom. Use of laundry room and storage rooms will incur additional costs.
