Students are invited to take part in the event “Leasys meets Talents: Company Presentation and HR Workshop”, scheduled for Thursday, October 17 at 3:00 PM in the Sala del Consiglio.

The initiative offers an exclusive opportunity to meet managers from Leasys, a leading mobility company, and to participate in an interactive HR workshop designed to help students strengthen their employability skills and gain insight into real-world selection processes.

Event Programme

Part 1 – Company Presentation (1 hour)

• Interactive Q&A via Mentimeter – 20 min

Part 2 – HR Workshop (approx. 1h 30m)
Participants will be divided into small groups and involved in a rotational group assessment. Each session (25–30 minutes) will allow students to:

• Present their CV

• Take part in a simulated job interview

• Discover Leasys’ career paths and recruitment opportunities

Speakers

Pierluigi Grassi – 36, graduated in Economics from Tor Vergata University. He began his career in HR at Fiat Chrysler in 2014 and joined Leasys in 2020, where he has been responsible for Organizational Design and HR Analytics. Since 2025, he has been the HR Director for Italy.

Francesco Sferrazzo – 56, Engineer. He joined Fiat in 1997, where he held roles in Production and Purchasing before moving into commercial positions across brands such as Fiat, Lancia, Abarth, and Fiat Professional. Since 2019, he has been with Leasys.

Silvia Severa – 47, joined Leasys in 2007. Her career has developed mainly in the commercial area, both B2B and dealer network management. Since 2024, she has been Sales Regional Manager for Central Italy.

Participation and Data Collection

Attendance will be recorded in a dedicated database that will be used to identify the most promising participants for potential future job opportunities or recommendation letters.
