Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI: Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti gli strumenti di interpretazione dei fondamentali processi, di planning e di governance economico-territoriali che indirizzano lo sviluppo della società contemporanea europea tenendo conto dei divari nazionali e regionali. Specifici impatti e policy, sono misurati e rapportati all'offerta formativa di nuovi skill per il futuro occupazionale dei giovani in Europa con particolare attenzione al mercato rigenerativo urbano (Cfr. CE 2023), la cui road map include la nuova programmazione UE e i 5 pillars Next Generation EU, PNRR, Smart Specialisation 4+, soft skill adattabili, economia digitale e automazione; indirizzi di policy mirate; la ricerca e l’'impiego dei Big Data per individuare in tempo reale le dinamiche territoriali in corso (affordable social housing, Real Estate, fiscalità, ecc.) evidenziando l'uso di dati non convenzionali in grid 1x1 km a LAU2 e FUA ; l’'uso dei Big Data per cogliere funzionalità e potenzialità delle città nei corridoi della crescita europea utilizzando fonti quali social network, progetti ERDF, ecc. correlandoli con ecosistemi digitali; la connessione urbano-rurale per cui sarebbero necessari investimenti aggiuntivi della Politica di Coesione in FUA interconnesse oltre la semplice accessibilità fisica (nuovi modelli di governance). Il generale campo di studio e applicazione si inquadra nello sviluppo sostenibile, coeso e competitivo dei sistemi economici, sociali, territoriali, offrendo una visione interdisciplinare teorica all’'interno del CdS. Il corso prevede, tra l’'altro, lo svolgimento di seminari di approfondimento per favorire l’'inserimento degli studenti nel mondo del lavoro dell'UE. Il tutto corredato dall’'esame di casi concreti e di eccellenza per consentire ai frequentanti di misurarsi con l’'conomia e il territorio reali. In questo ambito vengono anche forniti i primi rudimenti applicativi di TIA e del GIS-STeMA per la valutazione di progetti PNRR.
Tutor d’'aula sono a disposizione degli studenti nelle fasi di esercitazione.
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE: Lo studente sarà messo in condizione di interpretare i fenomeni di place evidence che assumono rilevanza sul piano territoriale e orientano il policy/decision making (es. innovation technologies, turistiche, digital, Cultural heritage, ESDP 2021, Green/Blue economy, Climate Change, circular economy, territorial and urban agenda, ecc.) nelle reti regionali, nazionali e internazionali 2021-27. Pertanto lo studente acquisirà gli strumenti metodologici e conoscitivi per comprendere i fondamentali processi territoriali che investono la società urbana e rurale sulla base dei più recenti indirizzi europei e internazionali.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE: Lo studente sarà messo in condizione di applicare, attraverso esercitazioni e la redazione di report mirati, le conoscenze teoriche erogate. Temi già testati con il supporto di casi studio esplicativi riguardano: contenuti dello spatial planning, migration, Climate Change adaptation and mitigation, Cultural Heritage, spesa UE e nazionale/regionale della Cohesion Policy 2021-27 e ESIF, Applicativi TIA.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO: Mediante le conoscenze conseguite con lo studio dell’'insegnamento, e la pratica applicazione lo studente sarà in grado di valutare le determinanti principali, le problematiche e gli interessi istituzionali e del settore pubblico negli ambiti complessi della programmazione, della pianificazione e della qualità dell’'mbiente e dello sviluppo sostenibile; della transizione paradigmatica verso la cultura del soft-flexible-adaptive skill in materia di economics and planning; della progettazione competitività territoriale; dell’'organizzazione dello spazio economico a scala europea e locale; dell’urbanizzazione e della disurbanizzazione; della circolazione delle persone, delle merci e delle informazioni secondo parametri green e blue. Gli studenti acquisiranno propria capacità di giudizio grazie alla comprensione terorica ed applicata dei fondamentali punti di riferimento nella spiegazione dei processi economico-territoriali e dello sviluppo economico territoriale a diverse scale sussidiarie e di governance multilevel.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE: Il corso renderà lo studente capace di trasferire le conoscenze acquisite nei propri contesti di provenienza (Paesi UE ed extra). In tal senso lo studente dovrà, alla fine del corso, essere in grado di dimostrare di saper comunicare, attraverso presentazioni in aula, le letture e le competenze acquisite sui temi oggetto di studio, i fondamenti paradigmatici del progresso in corso in UE, della transizione verso i processi di sviluppo che investono l’'economia e la pianificazione territoriale.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDIMENTO: Lo studente verrà messo in condizione di apprendere non soltanto le conoscenze relative alla disciplina in oggetto ma verrà anche in grado di acquisire le conoscenze relative allo studio di altri insegnamenti delle scienze territoriali e le conoscenze per affrontare le problematiche del territorio di riferimento delle istituzioni per essere supporto al policy/decision making.
Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims to provide students some tools able to interpret the fundamental processes, planning and economic-territorial governance that guide the development of contemporary European society taking into account national and regional differences. Specific impacts and policies are measured and related to the training offer of new skills for the future employment of young people in Europe, with particular attention to the city regeneration job market (see CE 2023), whose road map includes: the new EU programming 2021-27 Smart Specialisation 4+ and Industry 4.0, the EU 5 pillars of Next generation EU, Recovery&Resilience Plan and related Finance, adaptable soft skills, digital economy and automation; targeted policy guidelines; research and use of Big Data to identify in real time the territorial dynamics in progress (affordable housing, Real Estate, taxation, etc.).) highlighting the use of unconventional data in grid 1x1 km to LAU2 and FUA; the use of Big Data to capture functionality and potential of cities in the corridors of European growth using sources such as social networks, ERDF projects, etc.relating them with digital ecosystems; the urban-rural connection which would require additional investments of Cohesion Policy in FUA interconnected beyond simple physical accessibility (new models of governance). The general field of study and application is part of the sustainable, cohesive and competitive development of economic, social and territorial systems, offering a theoretical interdisciplinary vision within the CoS. The course includes, among other things, the holding of seminars to promote the integration of students into the world of work in the EU. All accompanied by the examination of concrete cases and excellence to allow visitors to measure themselves against the real conomy and the territory. In this context, the basic applications of TIA process, indicators and GIS-STeMA are also provided in order to valorise the Resilience&Recovery Projects.
Classroom tutors are available to students during the exercise phases.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Student will be able to interpret the phenomena of place evidence that assume territorial relevance and orient policy/decision making (e.g. innovation technologies, tourism, digital, Cultural heritage, ESDP 2021 (Territorial Agenda 2030), Green/Blue economy, Climate Change, circular economy, territorial and urban agenda, etc.) in regional, national and international networks 2021-27. Therefore, the student will acquire the methodological and cognitive tools to understand the fundamental territorial processes that affect urban and rural society on the basis of the most recent European and international guidelines.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Student will be able to apply, through exercises and the drafting of targeted reports, the theoretical knowledge provided. Themes already tested with the support of explanatory case studies concerned: spatial planning contents, migration, Climate Change adaptation and mitigation, Cultural Heritage, circular economy, EU and national/regional expenditure of the Cohesion Policy 2027 and ESIF, TIA Applications.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Through the knowledge gained through the study of teaching, and practical application, the student will be able to assess the main determinants, problems and institutional and public sector interests in the complex areas of planning, quality planning and sustainable development; the paradigmatic transition towards a culture of soft-flexible-adaptive skills in economics and planning; of territorial competitiveness design; of the organisation of economic space on a European and local scale; of urbanization and de-urbanisation; of the circulation of people, goods and information according to green and blue parameters. Students will acquire their own judgement skills thanks to their teroric and applied understanding of the fundamental points of reference in the explanation of economic-territorial processes and territorial economic development at different subsidiary scales and multilevel governance.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:The course will enable the student to transfer the knowledge acquired in their own contexts of origin (EU countries and extra EU). In this sense, at the end of the course, students must be able to demonstrate their ability to communicate, through classroom presentations, the readings and skills acquired through the study, the paradigmatic foundations of progress underway in the EU, the transition to development processes that affect the economy and territorial planning.
LEARNING SKILL: The student will be put in a position to learn not only the knowledge related to the discipline in question but will also be able to acquire the knowledge related to the study of other teachings of territorial sciences and the knowledge to address the problems of the territory of reference of the institutions to be support to policy / decision making.

Regolamento Esame
Per il prossimo Anno Accademico 2022-23 la tipologia scelta è quella dell'esame orale, che verrà svolto in conformità con le linee guida dell'Università.
L'obiettivo della prova d'esame consiste nel verificare il livello di raggiungimento degli obiettivi formativi precedentemente indicati attraverso una prova orale della durata variabile (20-30 min). Nella prova orale verrà verificato il livello di conoscenza degli argomenti trattati valutando sia l'abilità di esporre in maniera appropriata i temi esposti, sia, soprattutto, la capacità di collegare e confrontare i diversi temi trattati nello svolgimento dell'insegnamento.

1. Le prenotazioni per l'esame saranno disponibili su Delphi come di consueto (http://delphi.uniroma2.it) secondo le normali procedure. Gli studenti sono invitati a partecipare all'esame
2. l'appello sarà svolto in presenza, seguendo rigorosamente le indicazioni contenute nelle linee guida dell'Università. Lo studente deve essere munito di documento di Identità.
3. Il candidato e li componenti la Commissione sono presenti in aula per la durata della sessione d'esame.
4. È vietata la registrazione della sessione di esame.
5.Il giorno dell'esame, verrà effettuato l'appello degli studenti prenotati al fine di verificare gli studenti effettivamente presenti, quindi sarà aperta l'appello d'esame; gli studenti saranno chiamati a sostenere l'esame nell'ordine ritenuto opportuno.
6.Allo studente chiamato per lo svolgimento dell'esame verrà esplicitamente richiesto di chiudere il cellulare L'identità del candidato esaminato sarà verificata esponendo la carta d'identità o altro documento valido, i cui dettagli saranno riportati sul foglio di registrazione.
7. A discrezione della Commissione, il risultato dell'esame sarà comunicata allo studente prima della valutazione del successivo studente
Exam Rules
About the next Academic Year 2022-23 the typology choice is 'oral examen'.
In compliance with the University guidelines.
The objective of the exam is to assess the achievement level of the expected learning outcomes, by an oral exam of variable duration (20-30').
During the oral exam, the level of knowledge of the topics covered will be verified evaluating both the ability to expose the course' topics in an appropriate manner and, above all, the ability to connect and compare the different topics covered in the course.
Exam session 2023-2024 Oral exam (only)
1. The exam bookings will be available on Delphi as usual (http://delphi.uniroma2.it) according to normal procedures. Students are invited to participate in the examination
2. The examination appeal will be done in presence, strictly following the indications as set out in University guidelines.
3. The candidate and the Commission component shall simultaneously be in presence. Physical presence is required in the same place.
4. Registration of the examination session is prohibited.
5.On the day of the exam, the roll call of the booked students will be made in order to verify the students actually present, then the exam roll call will be open; students will be called to take the exam in the order deemed appropriate.
6.The student called will be explicitly asked to take off the mobile phone. The identity of the candidate examined will be verified by exposing the ID card or other valide identificative card, the details of which will be given on the record sheet.
7. At the discretion of the Commission, it will be communicated to the Student as soon as the result of the examination or the next student will proceed to the examination.

Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI: Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti gli strumenti di interpretazione dei fondamentali processi, di planning e di governance economico-territoriali che indirizzano lo sviluppo della società contemporanea europea tenendo conto dei divari nazionali e regionali. Specifici impatti e policy, sono misurati e rapportati all'offerta formativa di nuovi skill per il futuro occupazionale dei giovani in Europa con particolare attenzione al mercato rigenerativo urbano (Cfr. CE 2021), la cui road map include la nuova programmazione UE e i 5 pillars Future Generation EU, PNRR, Smart Specialisation 4+, soft skill adattabili, economia digitale e automazione; indirizzi di policy mirate; la ricerca e l’impiego dei Big Data per individuare in tempo reale le dinamiche territoriali in corso (affordable housing, Real Estate, fiscalità, ecc.) evidenziando l'uso di dati non convenzionali in grid 1x1 km a LAU2 e FUA ; l’'uso dei Big Data per cogliere funzionalità e potenzialità delle città nei corridoi della crescita europea utilizzando fonti quali social network, progetti ERDF, ecc. correlandoli con ecosistemi digitali; la connessione urbano-rurale per cui sarebbero necessari investimenti aggiuntivi della Politica di Coesione in FUA interconnesse oltre la semplice accessibilità fisica (nuovi modelli di governance). Il generale campo di studio e applicazione si inquadra nello sviluppo sostenibile, coeso e competitivo dei sistemi economici, sociali, territoriali, offrendo una visione interdisciplinare teorica all’'interno del CdS. Il corso prevede, tra l’'altro, lo svolgimento di seminari di approfondimento per favorire l’'inserimento degli studenti nel mondo del lavoro dell'UE. Il tutto corredato dall’'esame di casi concreti e di eccellenza per consentire ai frequentanti di misurarsi con l’'conomia e il territorio reali. In questo ambito vengono anche forniti i primi rudimenti applicativi di TIA e del GIS-STeMA per la valutazione di progetti PNRR.
Tutor d’'aula sono a disposizione degli studenti nelle fasi di esercitazione.
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE: Lo studente sarà messo in condizione di interpretare i fenomeni di place evidence che assumono rilevanza sul piano territoriale e orientano il policy/decision making (es. innovation technologies, turistiche, digital, Cultural heritage, ESDP 2021, Green/Blue economy, Climate Change, circular economy, territorial and urban agenda, ecc.) nelle reti regionali, nazionali e internazionali 2021-27. Pertanto lo studente acquisirà gli strumenti metodologici e conoscitivi per comprendere i fondamentali processi territoriali che investono la società urbana e rurale sulla base dei più recenti indirizzi europei e internazionali.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE: Lo studente sarà messo in condizione di applicare, attraverso esercitazioni e la redazione di report mirati, le conoscenze teoriche erogate. Temi già testati con il supporto di casi studio esplicativi riguardano: contenuti dello spatial planning, migration, Climate Change adaptation and mitigation, Cultural Heritage, spesa UE e nazionale/regionale della Cohesion Policy 2021-27 e ESIF, Applicativi TIA.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO: Mediante le conoscenze conseguite con lo studio dell’'insegnamento, e la pratica applicazione lo studente sarà in grado di valutare le determinanti principali, le problematiche e gli interessi istituzionali e del settore pubblico negli ambiti complessi della programmazione, della pianificazione e della qualità dell’'mbiente e dello sviluppo sostenibile; della transizione paradigmatica verso la cultura del soft-flexible-adaptive skill in materia di economics and planning; della progettazione competitività territoriale; dell’'organizzazione dello spazio economico a scala europea e locale; dell’urbanizzazione e della disurbanizzazione; della circolazione delle persone, delle merci e delle informazioni secondo parametri green e blue. Gli studenti acquisiranno propria capacità di giudizio grazie alla comprensione terorica ed applicata dei fondamentali punti di riferimento nella spiegazione dei processi economico-territoriali e dello sviluppo economico territoriale a diverse scale sussidiarie e di governance multilevel.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE: Il corso renderà lo studente capace di trasferire le conoscenze acquisite nei propri contesti di provenienza (Paesi UE ed extra). In tal senso lo studente dovrà, alla fine del corso, essere in grado di dimostrare di saper comunicare, attraverso presentazioni in aula, le letture e le competenze acquisite sui temi oggetto di studio, i fondamenti paradigmatici del progresso in corso in UE, della transizione verso i processi di sviluppo che investono l’'economia e la pianificazione territoriale.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDIMENTO: Lo studente verrà messo in condizione di apprendere non soltanto le conoscenze relative alla disciplina in oggetto ma verrà anche in grado di acquisire le conoscenze relative allo studio di altri insegnamenti delle scienze territoriali e le conoscenze per affrontare le problematiche del territorio di riferimento delle istituzioni per essere supporto al policy/decision making.
Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims to provide students some tools able to interpret the fundamental processes, planning and economic-territorial governance that guide the development of contemporary European society taking into account national and regional differences. Specific impacts and policies are measured and related to the training offer of new skills for the future employment of young people in Europe, with particular attention to the city regeneration job market (see CE 2021), whose road map includes: the new EU programming 2021-27 Smart Specialisation 4+ and Industry 4.0, the 5 pillars of Future generation EU, adaptable soft skills, digital economy and automation; targeted policy guidelines; research and use of Big Data to identify in real time the territorial dynamics in progress (affordable housing, Real Estate, taxation, etc.).) highlighting the use of unconventional data in grid 1x1 km to LAU2 and FUA; the use of Big Data to capture functionality and potential of cities in the corridors of European growth using sources such as social networks, ERDF projects, etc.relating them with digital ecosystems; the urban-rural connection which would require additional investments of Cohesion Policy in FUA interconnected beyond simple physical accessibility (new models of governance). The general field of study and application is part of the sustainable, cohesive and competitive development of economic, social and territorial systems, offering a theoretical interdisciplinary vision within the CoS. The course includes, among other things, the holding of seminars to promote the integration of students into the world of work in the EU. All accompanied by the examination of concrete cases and excellence to allow visitors to measure themselves against the real conomy and the territory. In this context, the basic applications of TIA process, indicators and GIS-STeMA are also provided in order to valorise the Resilience&Recovery Projects.
Classroom tutors are available to students during the exercise phases.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Student will be able to interpret the phenomena of place evidence that assume territorial relevance and orient policy/decision making (e.g. innovation technologies, tourism, digital, Cultural heritage, ESDP 2021 (Territorial Agenda 2030), Green/Blue economy, Climate Change, circular economy, territorial and urban agenda, etc.) in regional, national and international networks 2021-27. Therefore, the student will acquire the methodological and cognitive tools to understand the fundamental territorial processes that affect urban and rural society on the basis of the most recent European and international guidelines.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Student will be able to apply, through exercises and the drafting of targeted reports, the theoretical knowledge provided. Themes already tested with the support of explanatory case studies concerned: spatial planning contents, migration, Climate Change adaptation and mitigation, Cultural Heritage, circular economy, EU and national/regional expenditure of the Cohesion Policy 2027 and ESIF, TIA Applications.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Through the knowledge gained through the study of teaching, and practical application, the student will be able to assess the main determinants, problems and institutional and public sector interests in the complex areas of planning, quality planning and sustainable development; the paradigmatic transition towards a culture of soft-flexible-adaptive skills in economics and planning; of territorial competitiveness design; of the organisation of economic space on a European and local scale; of urbanization and de-urbanisation; of the circulation of people, goods and information according to green and blue parameters. Students will acquire their own judgement skills thanks to their teroric and applied understanding of the fundamental points of reference in the explanation of economic-territorial processes and territorial economic development at different subsidiary scales and multilevel governance.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:The course will enable the student to transfer the knowledge acquired in their own contexts of origin (EU countries and extra EU). In this sense, at the end of the course, students must be able to demonstrate their ability to communicate, through classroom presentations, the readings and skills acquired through the study, the paradigmatic foundations of progress underway in the EU, the transition to development processes that affect the economy and territorial planning.
LEARNING SKILL: The student will be put in a position to learn not only the knowledge related to the discipline in question but will also be able to acquire the knowledge related to the study of other teachings of territorial sciences and the knowledge to address the problems of the territory of reference of the institutions to be support to policy / decision making.

Regolamento Esame
Per il prossimo Anno Accademico 2022-23 la tipologia scelta è quella dell'esame orale, che verrà svolto in conformità con le linee guida dell'Università. L'obiettivo della prova d'esame consiste nel verificare il livello di raggiungimento degli obiettivi formativi precedentemente indicati attraverso una prova orale della durata variabile (20-30 min). Nella prova orale verrà verificato il livello di conoscenza degli argomenti trattati valutando sia l'abilità di esporre in maniera appropriata i temi esposti, sia, soprattutto, la capacità di collegare e confrontare i diversi temi trattati nello svolgimento dell'insegnamento.
Sessioni d'esame 2022-2023 Esame orale
1. Le prenotazioni per l'esame saranno disponibili su Delphi come di consueto (http://delphi.uniroma2.it) secondo le normali procedure. Gli studenti sono invitati a partecipare all'esame
2. l'appello sarà svolto in presenza, seguendo rigorosamente le indicazioni contenute nelle linee guida dell'Università. Lo studente deve essere munito di documento di Identità.
3. Il candidato e li componenti la Commissione sono presenti in aula per la durata della sessione d'esame.
4. È vietata la registrazione della sessione di esame.
5.Il giorno dell'esame, verrà effettuato l'appello degli studenti prenotati al fine di verificare gli studenti effettivamente presenti, quindi sarà aperta l'appello d'esame; gli studenti saranno chiamati a sostenere l'esame nell'ordine ritenuto opportuno.
6.Allo studente chiamato per lo svolgimento dell'esame verrà esplicitamente richiesto di chiudere il cellulare L'identità del candidato esaminato sarà verificata esponendo la carta d'identità o altro documento valido, i cui dettagli saranno riportati sul foglio di registrazione.
7. A discrezione della Commissione, il risultato dell'esame sarà comunicata allo studente prima della valutazione del successivo studente
Exam Rules
About the next Academic Year 2022-23 the typology choice is 'oral examen'.
In compliance with the University guidelines. The objective of the exam is to assess the achievement level of the expected learning outcomes, by an oral exam of variable duration (20-30').
During the oral exam, the level of knowledge of the topics covered will be verified evaluating both the ability to expose the course' topics in an appropriate manner and, above all, the ability to connect and compare the different topics covered in the course.
Exame session 2022-2023 Oral examen
1. The exam bookings will be available on Delphi as usual (http://delphi.uniroma2.it) according to normal procedures. Students are invited to participate in the examination
2. The examination appeal will be done in presence, strictly following the indications as set out in University guidelines.
3. The candidate and the Commission component shall simultaneously be in presence. Physical presence is required in the same place.
4. Registration of the examination session is prohibited.
5.On the day of the exam, the roll call of the booked students will be made in order to verify the students actually present, then the exam roll call will be open; students will be called to take the exam in the order deemed appropriate.
6.The student called will be explicitly asked to take off the mobile phone. The identity of the candidate examined will be verified by exposing the ID card or other valide identificative card, the details of which will be given on the record sheet.
7. At the discretion of the Commission, it will be communicated to the Student as soon as the result of the examination or the next student will proceed to the examination.
