E' con orgoglio che lanciamo la nona edizione del Master Internazionale in Public Procurement Management (IMPPM), nato dalla volontà e dall'impegno dell'Università di Roma "Tor Vergata" e della European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Nel corso degli anni il Master ha ospitato 208 partecipanti generando professionalità di alto livello nel campo del Procurement in più di 40 paesi ed in circa 140 diversi enti ed istituzioni pubbliche internazionali, che hanno ormai riconosciuto l'importanza di accogliere al loro interno professionisti formati e specializzati nel settore, piuttosto che affidarsi a costosi servizi di consulenza esterna.”

It is with pride and enthusiasm that we promote the ninth edition of the International Master in Public Procurement Management (IMPPM), born out of the willingness and commitment of both the University of Rome Tor Vergata and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The Master has delivered in the last years successful generations of Master level procurement proficiency, encompassing 208  participants from more than 40 countries and around 140 diverse entities and institutions. Many organizations have by now recognized the advantage in a globalized setting of having their own specialists trained to resolve procurement issues thus avoiding the high cost of engaging consultants to perform such duties.”
