Short Bio
I studied Economics here at Tor Vergata where I also earned a Master’s degree in quantitative methods (2005). After spending two years working at the Italian National Institute of Statistics, I went back to academia and was awarded a PhD in econometrics and empirical economics (2011). During my doctoral studies, I was a visiting scholar at the City University of New York. Prior to joining the Department of Economics and Finance (DEF) as an assistant professor of econometrics in 2016, I was a post-doc at the Centre for Economic and International Studies (CEIS). I became an associate professor of econometrics at DEF in 2019.
