Exam WITH mid-term assignment – Summer session

Students that submitted the mid-term assignment and want to accept the assignment vote, the structure of the exam during the three exams of the summer session will be the following.

A written test

During the exam, students will be obliged to present an identification document (libretto, passport, or identification card) before starting the exam. All the students have to turn on the camera and open the microphone and they cannot exit from the exam room before the end of the exam. The exam has to be completed in one hour. If the number of students is too high in order to ensure the exam supervision, students will be re-allocated in different groups on the basis of the booking order and the starting time for the written exam will be postponed for some groups.

The grade obtained in this written exam will be added to the assignment grade. The vote so obtained will be rounded to the nearest integer and students that reach a grade higher than 30 will register 30 cum laude. The grade will be registered directly on the Delphi website and students have to check their university e-mail (the one they used on the Delphi system) in order to get updated about the grade obtained.

Student are free to attend all the three exams of the summer session.

If they withdraw from the written test or the final mark (written + assigment) is less than 18/30, the grade of the mid-term assignment is cancelled and they have to do the standard exam.

At the end of the summer session the assignment grades will be cancelled and only the standard exam (covering the full program) can be done.

In order to follow this procedure all the students have to disclose if they accept or not the grade by using the form available on Teams until May 22^nd, 2020. All the assignment grades not accepted by that date will be immediately cancelled and only the standard exam is available.

Only students booked on delphi will be admitted to the written test, check the website for the registration deadlines.

Exam WITHOUT mid-term assignment – All session of the current Academic Year

Students that did not make the assignment or that want to refuse the assignment grade may enroll for the standard exam procedure applied for all sessions of the current academic year.

The structure of the standard exam (covering the whole program) will be:

The final grade is the sum of the grades obtained in the multiple choices, exercises and open questions. The vote obtained will be rounded to the nearest integer and students that reach a grade higher than 30 will register 30 cum laude.

Student are free to attend all the exams of the sessions of the current Academic Year.
