Erasmus+ Study How to Apply

STEP 1. APPLY

Apply via the official online annual call that is published every year by the Erasmus+ Office of the School of Economics around February.

The scholarship allocates between €250 and €300 per month, depending on the country of destination, and students with the lowest ISEE-U could be eligible for additional funding. 70% of the funding is anticipated before students' departure, the remaining 30% is provided after students return and register at least 12 CFU per semester, which have been previously approved by the Erasmus Coordinator.

The Erasmus+ Office of the School of Economics guides students in the choice of destinations, supporting them in carrying out the necessary practices.

STEP 2. SELECT AND CONFIRM THE ERAMUS UNIVERSITY

Winners should take into consideration different universities. When students select their Erasmus university, they should verify that the chosen institution offers master level courses - related subject areas for a similar amount of credits. Credit recognition for exams will only be granted for pre-approved exams that meet these requirements.

Where? List of universities already choosen by our students: Ghent University, Gothenburg University, Groningen University, Lausanne University, Leuven University, Maastricht University, Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Tilburg University, VŠE - University of Economics, Prague. 

Once you have determined one or more possible universities, you should confirm the choice during the meeting for the assignment of destination organized by the Erasmus+ Office.

STEP 3. EXAM APPROVAL FORM

Prepare the Exam Approval Form that must be returned to msc_economics@economia.uniroma2.it with a list of exams to propose for pre-approval, along with the host university's links to each course’s detailed syllabus, as well as the corresponding course name at Tor Vergata and its Delphi number. The course content and lecture credits abroad must correspond to similar courses at our program. Please find here a brief list of courses that have been approved in recent academic years.)

The Exam Approval Form will be evaluated by Professor Federico Belotti who is the Erasmus Coordinator for the MSc in Economics.

Students are kindly requested to not contact the professors or the Erasmus Coordinator for the Erasmus Exam Approval and for any request or issue related to. The Erasmus Exam Approval Procedure is managing by the Program Office.

STEP 4.  LEARNING AGREEMENT

Once approved, submit the signed Exam Approval Form and your Learning Agreement to the Erasmus+ Office of the School of Economics.
