The Language Laboratory was created and designed to promote self-learning of Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and other languages.
The Language Laboratory offers also preparatory courses for IELTS certification.
The material available in the Laboratory includes the most modern and effective foreign language teaching methods, consisting of: language courses on tape and CD-ROM, interactive listening materials, educational videotapes, films in original language, educational software, simplified reading books of various levels, dictionaries and more. There is also a good selection of magazines and newspapers in various languages, many books, role-playing board games and other suitable material to stimulate verbal communication.

CLICI
Center for Italian Language and Culture
The CLICI – Center for Italian Language and Culture of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata" - promotes the diffusion of Italian language and culture through cultural and educational initiatives (conferences, congresses, courses, etc.) and offers Courses in Italian language and culture both to Tor Vergata students and to foreigners from all over the world.
The CLICI is based at Scuola IaD - Distance Education School - and is directed by L. Rino Caputo, professor of Italian Literature, former Dean of the Faculty of Humanities.
CLICI organizes extensive and intensive Italian language courses throughout the academic year and also provides courses for international projects.
CLICI’s office is located at Campus X in Via di Passolombardo 341, 00133 Rome
Student reception: Tuesdays from 10:00 to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4.30 pm
