Francesco has spend nearly his entire academic journey at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, where he earned a Bachelor's in Economics, followed by a Master's in Business Administration. His passion for the public sector led him to complete a Postgraduate Master’s in Public Procurement Management.

 

A self-proclaimed "Procurement nerd," Francesco has made procurement not just a career, but a calling. His path has taken him from the halls of international public institutions like the European Space Agency and the World Food Programme, to advising public and private clients across the Netherlands—his current home. Today, he leads the Procurement Center of Excellence at Lipton, the global tea brand.

 

Adding an academic edge to his professional journey, Francesco also holds a PhD in Economics and Political Science from the University of Aachen in Germany.
