Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims to offer a short-term mobility opportunity through a blended course (one week online and one week in presence). The course may be organized at Tor Vergata or in a Erasmus partner university with an existing agreement for the school of Economics.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course aims to explore the characteristics of an interdisciplinary topic that is of interest not only to economics students but also to students from other disciplines, thus enhancing interaction with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and expertise.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Students will have the opportunity to visit foreign companies and meet with top management, and work on a real-world case study with mixed student groups from different universities in different European countries.
MAKING JUDGMENTS: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have the opportunity to compare approaches to solving the same problem proposed in different disciplines.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Students will acquire technical terminology useful for presenting the final project expected at the end of the course and will interact with students coming from different European countries and with different disciplinary expertise.
LEARNING SKILLS: During classes, students will be expected to:
1. Actively participate in thematic lecture series led by Tor Vergata and international faculty
2. Participate in seminars led by professionals from the host country
3. Develop a group project on a topic assigned by the instructor.

Exam Rules
The project will be evaluated taking into consideration the technical language skills, the level of detail in the case study developed, the data collected to support the decisions/choices required by the case study, and the ability to defend the hypothesis or the thesis presented in their project work.
Attendance Rules
Attendance to at least 90% of the activities is compulsory for all the students
