Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims to offer a short-term mobility opportunity through an intensive one-week course in a foreign country.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course aims to explore the characteristics of an economy and a country, highlighting the most significant differences for managing a company compared to the Italian situation.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Students will have the opportunity to visit foreign companies and meet with top management to discuss topics relevant to the local economy.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have had the opportunity to compare the characteristics of the foreign market with the Italian one and understand the relevant profiles for operating in that environment.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Students will acquire technical terminology useful for presenting the final project expected at the end of the course.

1. Actively participate in thematic seminars
2. Visit foreign companies and demonstrate their ability to discuss matters with top management
3. Demonstrate their acquired skills through a multiple-choice test.

The course is organized as follows:
Day 0 - Arrival at the host university
Day 1 - 2 hours course presentation and campus tour, plus 4 hours of lectures given by the host university instructors
Day 2 - 4 hours company visit and 4 hours of lectures given by the host university instructors
Day 3 - 4 hours company visit and 4 hours of lectures given by the host university instructors
Day 4 - 4 hours company visit and cultural tour
Day 5 - 4 hours of lectures given by the host university instructors and cultural tour
Day 6 - 6 hours of lectures given by the host university instructors
Day 7 - 4 hours of lectures given by the host university instructors and cultural tour
Day 8 - Departure from the host university

Exam Rules
The exam is a multiple choice test with 30 questions that will be evaluated 0 if wrong or missed and 1 otherwise.
The time available for the test is 40 minutes.

Attendance Rules
Attendance to at least 90% of the activities is compulsory for all the students
