Students of the University of Rome Tor Vergata can submit proposals concerning scientific-cultural initiatives such as conventions, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, thematic film reviews, theatrical activities, live music activities, and sports culture activities.

The annual call for proposals establishes the procedure and methods for submitting projects. The basic requirement for participation is regular enrollment on the second or third year of a course of study.

Each student may submit a maximum of 2 initiatives.

The submitted initiatives are evaluated and selected by a special Commission appointed by Rectoral Decree.
