TRANSFERS FROM OTHER UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

Please notice that only EU candidates and Non-EU candidates already legally residing in Italy, currently enrolled in an Italian University can apply for a course transfer.

Students enrolled in a foreign university cannot apply for the call.

Application procedure

1. Registration on Delphi

To apply for a course transfer, it is necessary to submit the career evaluation request on DELPHI. 

The registration has to be completed and validated within the deadline specified in the Call for transfers.

  1. Connect to DELPHI: http://delphi.uniroma2.it
  2. Select Student Area and click Button 1: "Assessment of Curricular requirements". Complete the application form by entering all the required information. Once completed, the system will generate the application form and a payment notice containing the CTRL code.
  3. Print the application form (to be kept for your records) and the €30.00 payment notice for the career evaluation.

  4. Pay the required fee through the PagoPA system, which allows payments to be made through various channels, either online or in person. Further information on payment methods is available at: https://studenti.uniroma2.it/pagamento/  
  5. Access the Online Services website again at http://delphi.uniroma2.it/. Select Student Area, then Button 1: "Assessment of Curricular requirements", then b) "You have already completed the application". Enter the required information (Italian Tax Code/Fiscal Code and CTRL code) and proceed with the payment validation.

  6. Complete Form A (Annex 1 of this Call for Transfers) in all its parts, including the list of exams passed and the corresponding course syllabi, for the evaluation of your previous academic career (*). Send the completed form to the following email address: bae@economia.uniroma2.it 

(*) Students coming from degree programs within the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome Tor Vergata are exempt from submitting the syllabi of the exams they have taken. 

To be admitted to the second year, it is necessary to have at least 30 ECTS recognized by the evaluation committee.

Candidates who do not meet the minimum ECTS requirement, if they want to tranfer to the course, will have to apply for admission to the first year withouth credit recognition, following the application procedure available here: https://economia.uniroma2.it/ba/business-administration-economics/call-for-application/ 

To be admitted to the third year, it is necessary to have at least 90 ECTS recognized by the evaluation committee.
