Blended Intensive Program

 

Online activities: September 7th - 11th

Onsite activities: September 21st-25th

Attendancy requirement: 80% of activities

TOPIC

The Blended Intensive Program is focused on urban planning and economics the domain of cultural tourism and it will involve students from different Universities and disciplines (Economics, Architecture, and Engineering).

Activities online will be focused on evaluating the target market and identifying the key drivers for successful development of turistic activities in a given area by focusing on retail, hospitality and museums. The onsite activities will be organized at the school of Economics of the Tor Vergata University of Rome and there will be several industry players that will provide their point of view on tools available for a successful touristic development in the area.

TU Wien / Technische Universität Wien is Austria's largest research and educational institution focused on technology and natural sciences. It was founded in 1815 and is recognized for its strong commitment to academic integrity and research excellence.

Krakow University of Economics is one of the five Polish public economics universities. CUE born in 1925 and it is the biggest university of economic sciences in Poland.

Fenerbahçe University is a private university in Istanbul established in 2016 by the relevant foundation of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club. It is organized with 7 faculties, 33 departments, and 15 programs within the Vocational School of Health Services.

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is a premier European research university founded in 1868, consistently ranked among the world's top institutions for engineering, technology, and natural sciences.

The European University Cyprus is a private, for-profit university in Nicosia, Cyprus which evolved out of Cyprus College, the oldest institution of higher education in Cyprus. 

The University of Rome Tor Vergata is a public research university located in Rome, Italy. Established in 1982, it is known for its large 600-hectare campus, strong international focus, and emphasis on research and technological development.

The European Real Estate Society (ERES) was established in 1994 to create a structured and permanent international network between real estate academics and professionals across Europe. The Society is dedicated to promoting and advancing the field of real estate research. Incorporating many national property research societies, academic researchers and real estate practitioners, ERES provides a forum for information flow and debate on research issues.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The applications are open up to July 20th, 2026 and results of the selection procedure will be disclosed by July 25th, 2026.

All students enrolled in the Bachelor in Business Administration enrolled in the second or third year may join the project. Additional application requirements are:

- Never received sanction following the submission of false declarations aimed at obtaining benefits for the right to education:

- Full compliance with the Ethical code of Tor Vergata University of Rome;

- All the payments of enrollment and registration fees at Tor Vergata University were paid up to July 20th, 2026

Applicants will be admitted to the program following the registration order until the maximum number (15) will be reached (first come first served).
