Guest Speaker this Thursday: Tech Entrepreneur Filip Najdovski: The Ethics of Digital Inclusion
Dear Students,
This Thursday, March 5th, we will explore a fundamental ethical question in modern marketing: "Who Gets to Be a Consumer?"
We are honored to host Mr. Filip Najdovski, the 20-year-old Deputy CEO of EaseAccess24. As a tech entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI and digital accessibility, Filip helps organizations navigate the European Accessibility Act and build more inclusive digital spaces.
The Ethical Focus: In an era where the digital economy is no longer optional, digital barriers represent an ethical failure that prevents millions from participating in society. Filip will challenge us to view accessibility not merely as a legal checkbox, but as a leadership mindset and a moral obligation for brands.
Your Task:
-
Preparation: Visit the EaseAccess24 website and reflect on the ethical responsibility of brands toward "Universal Design."
-
Attendance: Participation is mandatory. The insights shared will be highly relevant to your ongoing Luxury Brand Strategy Analysis and our future discussions on social responsibility.
I look forward to an engaging and thought-provoking session.
Best wishes,
Prof. Ilijana

1st Assignment Instructions – Topic Selection & Group Work
Dear students,
Please begin by selecting your topic for the first assignment. You can choose any topic from the MS Excel file available on MS Teams—pick one that interests you and is relevant to our course content. Once you’ve made your choice, add your name to the list and start collaborating with your group members.
For your assignment:
- Research your chosen topic thoroughly, exploring current trends, real-world cases, and connections to the theories discussed in class.
- Be analytical and creative in your approach.
- Prepare a group presentation (up to 15 minutes). All group members should contribute to both the preparation and delivery.
- Your presentation should aim to enhance the knowledge of everyone in the class—think of this as a co-creation opportunity.
Further details are available in the assignment instructions published on MS Teams.
