Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI:
ll corso intende insegnare agli studenti i concetti di base del diritto pubblico e fornire una prima introduzione in relazione all'ordinamento giuridico italiano, a quello europeo e
globale. Saranno analizzati la struttura dei sistemi giuridici e degli ordinamenti giuridici, nonché i fondamenti del costituzionalismo. Il corso offrirà una conoscenza più approfondita
della regolamentazione e della protezione dei diritti fondamentali, del diritto e delle procedure amministrative, della regolamentazione giuridica dell'economia e delle finanze
pubbliche.
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE:
Gli studenti - anche attraverso una attività personale di approfondimento di casi e attraverso l'analisi di materiali - sapranno leggere e interpretare testi dottrinali, normativi e
giurisprudenziali, acquisendo dimestichezza nella comprensione di testi giuridici.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE:
Gli studenti impareranno a conoscere i principi e gli istituti fondamentali del diritto pubblico e a leggere i fenomeni giuridici, anche nell'ottica di una prospettiva pratica e critica,
comunque di base.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO:
Agli studenti sarà richiesto di contestualizzare problemi e questioni di diritto pubblico, anche attraverso la comparazione tra diversi ordinamenti.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE:
Gli studenti discuteranno in classe casi, materiali e atti normativi, acquisendo dimestichezza con il lessico giuridico e sufficiente padronanza di base nell'argomentazione.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDIMENTO:
Gli studenti acquisiranno il metodo e le conoscenze di base nel campo del diritto pubblico e delle scienze giuridiche, sufficienti per affrontare ulteriori specializzazioni, così come per prime applicazioni pratiche.
Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
The course intends to make students familiar with the fundamentals of public law through a comprehensive introduction to the Italian legal system, the European one and the global environment. The structure of the legal systems and legal orders, as well as the fundamentals of public law, will be analyzed. The course will offer a deep knowledge of
fundamental rights, administrative law and procedures, regulation and public finance.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
Students - also through a personal in-depth study of cases and reading of materials - will be able to read and interpret doctrinal texts, legislation and case studies, thus becoming
familiar with the main tools for understanding public law.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
Students will be provided with a basic level of critical thinking on public law, also in a practical perspective.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS:
Students will be asked to read public law in context, also by comparing different jurisdictions.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Students will discuss in the class cases, materials and statutes, becoming familiar with legal vocabulary and tools, necessary in order to develop communicative skills on legal
phenomena.
LEARNING SKILLS:
The course provides students with basic methodology and the foundational notions of public law and legal sciences, necessary for subsequent studies in Masters degree as well
as for first pratical implementation.

Modalità di svolgimento
36 ore, ripartite in 18 lezioni di 2 ore ciascuna, nel primo semestre, tre volte a settimana.
Teaching methods
36 hours divided into 18 classes, two hours' each, during the first semester, thrice a week.
Regolamento Esame
I risultati dell'apprendimento sono valutati attraverso una prova scritta (50% ) e un esame finale orale (50% ). La partecipazione attiva alle lezioni sarà considerata in sede di discussione orale.
Gli studenti che hanno superato l'esame scritto potranno sostenere l'orale nella stessa sessione di esami, oppure nel corso dello stesso anno accademico.
Exam Rules
Learning outcomes are assessed through a written exam (50% weight), and an oral final exam (50% weight). Active participation in class will be consdiered in the course of the oral exam.
Students who passed the written exam will be allowed to take the oral exam in the course of any call of the same A.Y.
