Obiettivi del Modulo
Gli studenti apprenderanno le principali approcci e competenze gestionali sul luogo di lavoro riguardanti la pianificazione, la presa di decisioni, la comunicazione verbale e non verbale e avranno l'opportunità di mettere in pratica queste tecniche e abilità al fine di sostenere la propria crescita professionale. Saranno trattati una vasta gamma di argomenti professionali e legati al luogo di lavoro, adattati alle esigenze e agli interessi del gruppo di studenti.

Module Aims
Students will learn about key management approaches and competencies in the workplace regarding planning, decision-making, verbal and non-verbal communication, and will have the opportunity to practice these techniques and skills in order to support their professional growth. A wide variety of professional and workplace topics will be covered, tailored to the needs and interests of the student group.

Regolamento Esame
Durante le lezioni, ci si aspetta che gli studenti lavorino in piccoli gruppi e partecipino alla presentazione di due progetti di gruppo in classe. L'assegnazione finale sarà per lo studente, individualmente, pianificare i propri obiettivi di ricerca e l'approccio, condurre interviste e scrivere un Rapporto formale di circa 3.500 parole, che presenti e discuta i risultati della ricerca.
Exam Rules
During the classes, students are expected to work in small groups and to be part of the delivery of two group presentations in class. The final assignment will be for the student, individually, to plan his/her own research aims and approach, to conduct interviews, and write a formal Report of about 3,500 words, which presents and discusses the findings of the research.

Italian: Primo modulo
Gli studenti verranno valutati in base alla loro consegna di portfolio.
Gli studenti non frequentanti dovranno leggere il materiale del corso impostato dal professore, presentare due relazioni su argomenti concordati e consegnare materiale scritto di supporto. Dovranno anche pianificare i propri obiettivi di ricerca e l'approccio, condurre interviste e scrivere una relazione formale di circa 3.500 parole che presenti e discuta i risultati della loro ricerca.
Il voto finale per l'Esame sulle Competenze Efficaci e il Comportamento sul Lavoro è la media dei voti ottenuti nei due moduli.
Exam Rules
First module
Students will be graded by their handed in portfolio.
Students who do not submit by the agreed due date, or fail the work assignments, will be required to fulfill the exam requirements of non-attending students, and be marked accordingly.
Non-attending students will be expected to read the course material set by the professor, to deliver two presentations on agreed topics, and submit supporting written material. They will also be expected to plan their own research aims and approach, to conduct interviews and write a formal Report of about 3,500 words, which presents and discusses their research findings.
The final grade for the Exam of Effective Skills and Behavior at Work is the average of the grades obtained in the two Modules.
