Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI:
Il corso mira a fornire un quadro di riferimento generale (teoria e strumenti operativi) sul tema dell'Innovazione Sociale (IS) e della Creazione di Valore Condiviso (CVC) in ottica di Sviluppo Sostenibile (Agenda 2030), con il fine di generare consapevolezza, senso di appartenenza e stimolare l’atteggiamento proattivo degli allievi.
In particolare, viene analizzato il ruolo che ciascun attore, pubblico (amministrazioni territoriali, università e scuole, in ottica terza missione e service learning) o privato (aziende for profit e non profit, cittadini, studenti,..), ricopre/dovrebbe ricoprire nell'affrontare le continue sfide ed emergenze (di natura sanitaria, ambientale, sociale, economica, ...) che caratterizzano il contesto in cui viviamo. Tale ruolo si basa su un approccio di tipo "trasformativo”, in grado di fare un significativo passo in avanti in tema di sviluppo sostenibile, stimolando la collaborazione, l'innovazione sociale e la crescita del territorio.

CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE:
Al termine del corso i Partecipanti conosceranno e saranno in grado di comprendere:
• i soggetti pubblici e privati attivi in tema di sviluppo sostenibile e il loro ruolo
• i concetti di CVC, Innovazione Sociale, Terza Missione e Service Learning
• le tendenze in atto e i bisogni del territorio
• l’approccio trasformativo
• le tecniche e gli strumenti di innovazione sociale
• le tecniche e gli strumenti di progettazione partecipata
• le tecniche e gli strumenti di valutazione di impatto
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE:
Al termine del corso i Partecipanti saranno in grado di comprendere l'importanza della collaborazione positiva tra diversi settori e soggetti, per lo sviluppo sostenibile; sapranno inoltre interpretare le tendenze in atto e cogliere i bisogni e le opportunità provenienti dal mondo esterno, assumendo un atteggiamento propositivo e proattivo in tema di sviluppo sostenibile (sia come cittadini-studenti responsabili, che come futuri professionisti), in linea con gli SDGs dell'Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO:
Durante il corso, il Partecipante sarà stimolato a:
• comprendere ed individuare bisogni specifici dell’organizzazione/territorio
• ricercare delle soluzioni innovative e sostenibili
• valutare gli impatti e le ricadute (positive e negative) sull'ambiente e sulla società nel suo complesso prodotti dalle soluzioni individuate
• formulare giudizi personali sulle soluzioni alternative al fine di massimizzare i benefici sociali, ambientali ed economici (in linea con i concetti di CVC e sviluppo sostenibile).
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE:
Al termine del corso i Partecipanti sapranno esprimersi, in forma scritta e orale, utilizzando un linguaggio tecnico appropriato agli interlocutori e al contesto di riferimento.
La metodologia laboratoriale adottata all'interno del corso ha l'obiettivo di:
-promuovere l'ascolto, il dialogo e la partecipazione attiva degli studenti
-stimolare lo sviluppo delle soft skills: pensiero sistemico, capacità relazionali, di lavorare in gruppo, di gestire lo stress e le situazioni conflittuali.
-individuare e valorizzare i singoli talenti dei Partecipanti.
Durante le lezioni laboratoriali i partecipanti apprenderanno le tecniche di presentazione e pitch.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDIMENTO:
Al termine del corso il Partecipante sarà in grado di:
- comprendere e analizzare criticamente pubblicazioni scientifiche e divulgative sui temi oggetto del corso;
- selezionare e correlare argomenti quali lo Sviluppo Sostenibile, la Terza Missione, il Service Learning, la Creazione di Valore Condiviso, l’Innovazione Sociale.
- assumere un approccio proattivo, collaborativo e orientato alla CVC in ottica win-win
- costruire e sviluppare un metodo di studio e di ricerca idoneo a consentire l'approfondimento delle conoscenze maturate.
Learning Objectives
TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
The course provide a general framework (theory and operational tools) on the topics of Social Innovation (IS) and the Creation of Shared Value (CSV) with a view to Sustainable Development (Agenda 2030), with the aim of generating awareness, sense of belonging and stimulate the proactive attitude of the students.
In particular, the role that each actor, public (territorial administrations, universities and schools - Third Mission and Service Learning perspectives) or private (for profit and non-profit organizations, citizens, students, ..), covers/should cover is analyzed in facing the continuous challenges and emergencies that characterize the context in which we live. This role is based on a "transformative" approach, capable of taking a significant step forward in terms of sustainable development, stimulating collaboration, social innovation and local growth.
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES:
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
At the end of the course students will know and be able to understand:
- public and private subjects active in the field of sustainable development and their role
-the concepts of CSV, Social Innovation, Third Mission and Service Learning
- current trends and local needs
- the "transformative" approach
-social innovation techniques and tools
- participatory planning techniques and tools
- impact assessment techniques and tools
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
At the end of the course the Participants will be able to understand the importance of positive multisectoral collaboration for sustainable development. They will also be able to interpret current trends (systemic approach) and identify needs and opportunities from the outside world, taking a proactive attitude for sustainable development (both as responsible citizen-students and as future CSR managers), in line with the SDGs of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS:
During the course, Participant will be encouraged to:
- understand and identify specific needs of the organization / territory
- search for innovative and sustainable solutions
- assess the (positive and negative) impacts and effects on the environment and on society produced by the solutions identified
- formulate personal judgments on alternative solutions in order to maximize social, environmental and economic benefits (in line with the concepts of CSV and sustainable development).
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
At the end of the course the Participants will be able to express themselves, in written and oral form, using a technical language appropriate to the interlocutors and the reference context.
The laboratory methodology adopted within the course aims to:
-promote listening, dialogue and active participation of students
- stimulate the development of soft skills: system thinking, relational skills, ability to work in a groups, manage stress and conflictual situations.
- identify and enhance the individual talents of the Participants.
During the workshop lessons, participants will learn presentation and pitch techniques.
LEARNING SKILLS:
At the end of the course the Participant will be able to:
- understand and critically analyze scientific and informative publications on the topics covered by the course;
- analyse the link between Sustainable Development, Third Mission, Service Learning, Shared Value, Social Innovation.
- take a proactive, collaborative and CSV-oriented approach in a win-win perspective
- build and develop a study and research method suitable to allow the deepening of the knowledge gained.

Modalità di svolgimento
Modalità di lezione convenzionale (lezione frontale) e interattiva (agli studenti sarà richiesto di partecipare attivamente alle discussioni di classe e al lavoro di gruppo).
La metodologia della didattica prevede infatti la combinazione di più modelli: lezioni frontali, testimonianze di esperti provenienti dal settore pubblico e privato, for profit e non profit, partecipazione ad iniziative pubbliche (seminari/workshop), esercitazioni, simulazioni, esperienze di laboratorio, lavoro di gruppo, analisi di casi, eventuale partecipazione a/organizzazione di eventi sostenibili.
Lezioni di approfondimento registrate dal docente che legano gli aspetti teorici con quelli pratici.
Teaching methods
Conventional lecture mode (frontal lesson) and interactive (the students will be required participate actively in the class discussions and group work).
The teaching methodology is infact a combination of thoretical and practical training: lectures, exercises, seminars, testimonials by profesionals, discussion of working-group project, possible participation in/organization of sustainable events.
In-depth lessons recorded by the professor that link theoretical aspects with practical ones.
Regolamento Esame
La prova di esame valuta la preparazione complessiva dello studente, la capacità di integrazione delle conoscenze delle diverse parti del programma, la consequenzialità del ragionamento, la capacità analitica, l'autonomia di giudizio, la creatività.
Inoltre, vengono valutate la proprietà di linguaggio e la chiarezza espositiva, in aderenza con i descrittori di Dublino: 1. Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione ; 2. Capacità di applicare la conoscenza e comprensione; 3. Autonomia di giudizio; 4. Capacità di apprendimento; 5: Abilità di comunicazione.
La prova di esame (in forma scritta) consiste nell'ideazione e sviluppo di un progetto innovativo e sostenibile partendo da un bisogno individuato.
Il Project Work può essere sviluppato in gruppo nell'ambito dell'attività extraformativa Laboratori Nuova Economia solo dagli studenti frequentanti, per i quali è prevista anche la presentazione orale del progetto.
Il format per l'impostazione del Project Work è disponibile tra i materiali del corso (ed illustrato nella lezione introduttiva).
Si può rifiutare il voto e tornare all'appello successivo. Il voto ottenuto all'appello successivo annulla il voto precedente.
La prova di esame sarà valutata secondo i seguenti criteri:
Non idoneo: importanti carenze e/o inaccuratezze nella conoscenza e comprensione degli argomenti; limitate capacità di analisi e sintesi, frequenti generalizzazioni e limitate capacità critiche e di giudizio, gli argomenti sono esposti in modo non coerente e con linguaggio inappropriato;
18-20: conoscenza e comprensione degli argomenti appena sufficiente con possibili generalizzazioni e imperfezioni; capacità di analisi sintesi e autonomia di giudizio sufficienti, gli argomenti sono esposti in modo frequentemente poco coerente e con un linguaggio poco appropriato/tecnico;
21-23: Conoscenza e comprensione degli argomenti routinaria; Capacità di analisi e sintesi corrette con argomentazione logica sufficientemente coerente e linguaggio appropriato/tecnico
24-26: Discreta conoscenza e comprensione degli argomenti; buone capacità di analisi e sintesi con argomentazioni espresse in modo rigoroso ma con un linguaggio non sempre appropriato/tecnico.
27-29: Conoscenza e comprensione degli argomenti completa; notevoli capacità di analisi e sintesi. Buona autonomia di giudizio. Argomenti esposti in modo rigoroso e con linguaggio appropriato/tecnico
30-30L: Ottimo livello di conoscenza e comprensione approfondita degli argomenti. Ottime capacità di analisi, di sintesi e di autonomia di giudizio. Argomentazioni espresse in modo originale e con linguaggio tecnico appropriato.
Exam Rules
The exam evaluates the overall preparation of the student, the ability to integrate the knowledge of the different parts of the program, the consequentiality of the reasoning, the analytical ability and the autonomy of judgment.
Furthermore, language properties and clarity of presentation are evaluated, in compliance with the Dublin descriptors (1. Knowledge and understanding; 2. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding; 3. Making judgments; 4. Learning skills; 5: Communication skills).
The exam (in written form) consists in the conception and development of an innovative and sustainable project starting from an identified need.
The Project Work can be developed in groups in the extra-curricular activity "Laboratori Nuova Economia" only by attending students, for whom the oral presentation of the project is also foreseen.
The Project Work format is available among the course materials (and illustrated in the introductory lesson).
You can refuse the mark and come back to the next exam date. The mark obtained at the next exam date cancels the previous mark.
The exam will be assessed according to the following criteria:
Not suitable: important deficiencies and / or inaccuracies in the knowledge and understanding of the topics; limited capacity for analysis and synthesis, frequent generalizations and limited critical and judgment skills, the arguments are presented in an inconsistent way and with inappropriate language;
18-20: just sufficient knowledge and understanding of the topics with possible generalizations and imperfections; sufficient capacity for analysis, synthesis and autonomy of judgment, the topics are frequently exposed in an inconsistent way and with inappropriate / technical language;
21-23: Routine knowledge and understanding of topics; Ability to correct analysis and synthesis with sufficiently coherent logical argument and appropriate / technical language
24-26: Fair knowledge and understanding of the topics; good analysis and synthesis skills with rigorously expressed arguments but with a language that is not always appropriate / technical.
27-29: Complete knowledge and understanding of the topics; remarkable abilities of analysis and synthesis. Good autonomy of judgment. Topics exposed rigorously and with appropriate / technical language
30-30L: Excellent level of knowledge and in-depth understanding of the topics. Excellent skills of analysis, synthesis and autonomy of judgment. Arguments expressed in an original way and with appropriate technical language.
