Exam Rules for Organisational Psychology Course:

Attending students (at least 70% of lessons)

• The students are expected to work in a team​
• The team should ideally have 3-5 members​
• Each group has to select a different topic within this AY program (see Program page) there have to be no groups on the same topic
• As a group, you have to produce a powerpoint lesson ans a short essay (if needed)  to be shared​
• The essay will be structured by: an introduction to the theory and the purpose of the group work and a description of the topi
• The essay has to be submitted within the deadline. Each student is expected to write at least 1.000 words.
• The essay will integrate the slide and have bibliographical references (or web, or video)​
• The final (written) exam will be a multiple choice test. The final grade will include engagement in the class (10%), lesson delivery (50%) and final exam mark (40%).
  

Each team member will also give their feedback on the group work and on the course

Non-attending students, to allow the same process:

• At least one week before the exam date:

  students must send the video link of an original self produced videolesson of 15' minutes about one of the course topic (this will cover lesson and material evaluation evaluation). The lesson will be recorded and sent via Teams (other ways can be agreed in advance) at least one week before the exam date.

  A document with short comments (300 – 400 words) on each of the other students lessons published on the website (for participation rating).

  Final exam, on session date (35 multiple choice questions + 3 open ended questions).
