We are writing to you in relation to the Business Organization exam that was scheduled for January 20 at 11:00. We want to address you with clarity and care, fully aware of the time, preparation, and personal organization that each of you has invested in reaching this important milestone of your academic path.
Due to technical reasons that are entirely beyond our control and not attributable to us, we are unfortunately required to postpone the exam. The exam originally scheduled for January 20 at 11:00 will therefore take place on the following day, January 21, at the same time. This decision was not taken lightly, and it was made only after it became clear that the technical conditions necessary to ensure a fair, orderly, and reliable examination could not be guaranteed.
We are deeply aware that a change of this kind may cause inconvenience, require adjustments to your plans, or generate understandable frustration, especially when you have organized your time carefully around the exam date. For this reason, we wish to sincerely apologize for the disruption you may experience as a result of this postponement. We recognize the effort involved in preparing for an exam and the importance of having clear and stable reference points during the examination period.
At the same time, we want to reassure you that the new exam date has been set as close as possible to the original one precisely to minimize the impact on your schedules and to preserve continuity in your study plans. All other aspects of the exam will remain unchanged.
