GENERAL UPDATES

Hi All,

As we rush into our last week before the break, here are a few updates.

- Many students have asked me what to do in the event of not being in class during the presentation. Out of exception, they will receive questions on their presentation the day of the oral exam.

- Thesis Outline word Doc is up on dida. Please send it in by Jan 13th.

- I will be lecturing Mon, Tues, and part of Wed after presentations. Thursday is going to be dedicated to presentations. Please attend.

- After class tomorrow, I would like to breifly talk to groups 3,4,5,6 & 7 to assess their progress and or ideas for the presentation.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Dear All,

The presentation guidelines are on DIDA. Please review them as presentations will start on Dec. 17th.

As of now there are a 63 students which means that for presentations there will be 15 groups made of 4 students and one group made of 3 students. If you design a temporary class rep, you have until Dec. 12th (our third lecture together) fro the rep. to send me a completed list with names and surnames divided by group. If you cannot arrange groups, they will be assigned randomly and presented on Dec. 12th.

We will start our second lecture on Dec. 11th by introducing quantitative and qualitative methods of research.
