Obiettivi Formativi
L'obiettivo generale del corso è quello di far familiarizzare gli studenti con il diritto privato italiano nella cornice europea. Il corso è finalizzato all'acquisizione di competenze nell'interpretazione e nell'uso delle fonti al fine di risolvere questioni giuridiche. Il corso combina un programma pratico radicato in una comprensione teorica. Pertanto gli studenti miglioreranno le capacità analitiche nella parte teorica e le capacità di problem solving nella soluzione delle questioni giuridiche. Saranno in grado di motivare le loro risposte utilizzando il linguaggio tecnico giuridico.
Learning Objectives
The general goal of the course is to familiarize the students with the Italian private law within the European framework. The course is aimed at acquiring skills in interpreting and using sources in order to solve legal cases.
The course combines a practical programme rooted in a theoretical understanding.Therefore the students will improve analytical skills in the theoretical part and problem-solving skills in the solution of legal cases. They will be able to justify their answers using the technical legal language.

The professor will use slides during the lesson and shall give some legal cases. Students will be involved in the solution of legal cases using brainstorming techniques.
Regolamento Esame
L'esame finale sarà scritto. Gli studenti devono prenotare l'esame sul sistema Delphy. Valutazione: tre domande aperte e una questione giuridica da risolvere. In particolare, il miglioramento delle capacità analitiche sarà valutato attraverso le tre domande aperte; il miglioramento delle capacità di problem solving verrà valutato attraverso la soluzione delle questioni giuridiche.
Exam Rules
The final examination will be written. The students have to book the exam on Delphy system. Assessment: three open questions and a legal case. In particular, the improvement of analytical skills will be assessed through three open questions; the improvement of problem - solving skills wil be assessed through the solution of legal cases.
Modalità di frequenza
Anche se la frequenza delle lezioni non è obbligatoria, è consigliata la presenza e la partecipazione alle lezioni. Gli studenti saranno coinvolti anche nella soluzione di questioni giuridiche legali utilizzando tecniche di brainstorming.
Attendance Rules
