Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI:
Gli studenti apprenderanno le tecniche di insegnamento normalmente utilizzate nei programmi di formazione e impareranno a gestire una classe con formazione e competenze diversi.
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE:
I partecipanti saranno coinvolti nella valutazione delle esigenze specifiche di un pubblico e nella creazione di una serie di lezioni su specifici argomenti legati all’educazione finanziaria digitale.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE:
Il corso aiuterà a comprendere la qualità e l'efficacia di una lezione tenendo conto delle esigenze specifiche del pubblico di riferimento.

I partecipanti impareranno a gestire una classe e a interagire con persone con background diversi e scarse competenze digitali.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE:
Gli studenti impareranno a utilizzare gli strumenti digitali per la didattica in presenza e a creare materiali didattici utilizzabili per la formazione.
Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Students will learn teaching techniques normally used for training programs and they will learn how to manage a class with different backgrounds and skills
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING:
Participants will be involved in evaluating the specific needs of an audience and create a set of lectures on specific digital finance education topics
MAKING JUDGEMENTS
The course will help in understanding the quality and the effectiveness of a lecture by considering the specific needs of the target audience
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Participants will learn how to manage a class and interact with people with different background and low level of digital skills.
LEARNING SKILLS:
Students will learn how to use digital tools for teaching in presence and how to construct teaching materials that could be used for training.

Il corso prevede l’utilizzo di una piattaforma moodle su cui verranno caricati i materiali necessari per la preparazione del corso. I materiali consistono in slides, video, note di sintesi e test a scelta multipla.

Modalità di svolgimento
Il corso prevede lezioni in presenza, materiale da consultare online per la preparazione della sessione di training e attività di formazione che gli studenti devono erogare nei confronti di un pubblico di over-65.
Teaching methods
The course has face-to-face lectures, online materials necessary for preparing for the training session, and some training activities that students must deliver to an audience of over-65s.
Regolamento Esame
Il corso prevede una prova pratica che consiste nell’erogazione di 2 ore di formazione ad un target di over-65 su temi digitali.
Lo studente verrà valutato in funzione della qualità dei materiali preparati per la lezione, della gestione di aula e della capacità di trasmettere competenze tecniche a soggetti che soffrono di problemi legati al digital divide.
La valutazione sufficiente al termine della prova viene conseguita solo se lo studente ha frequentato almeno l’80% delle lezioni, ha svolto l’attività di formazione agli over-65 e dimostra una buona proprietà di linguaggio.
Exam Rules
At the end of the course there is a practical session consisting of two hours of training on digital topics for a target audience of over-65s.
Students will be evaluated based on the quality of the materials prepared for the lesson, classroom management, and their ability to convey technical skills to individuals experiencing digital divide issues.
A passing grade is achieved only if the student has attended at least 80% of the lessons, completed the training activities for over-65s, and demonstrated good technical proficiency.
Modalità di frequenza
La frequenza minima è pari all’80% delle lezioni previste per il corso e la partecipazione alla prova pratica finale è obbligatoria per il completamento del corso.
Attendance Rules
Minimum attendance requirement is 80% of the lectures and students will pass the exam only if they do the final test at the end of the course.
