First Year Students Prizes
2022/2023 First-Year Students Prizes - published in the 2023/2024 academic year
MSc Economics is awarding three merit prizes, to be distributed as follows: € 1.500,00 for the first-ranking, € 1.000,00 for the second-ranking, and €500,00 for the third-ranking (gross amount before tax withholdings required by law) to the students enrolled in MSc Economics who satisfy the following criteria:
a) They are regularly enrolled as a second-year student of the Master of Science in Economics in the 2023/2024 academic year;
b) They enrolled as first-year students of the Master of Science in Economics in the 2022/2023 academic year;
c) They have passed all exams and activities foreseen in the first-year study plan by 15-09-2023;
The evaluation of the candidates will be carried out by calculating the weighted average of the marks of all of the foreseen first-year exams that are achieved by 15 September 2023 and indicated in the University database. To participate in the selection referred to in this notice, students must send an application according to the instructions of the call for applications. The application deadline was March 11, 2024.

The evaluation of the candidates will be carried out by calculating the number of credits earned and the weighted average of the marks of all of the foreseen first-year exams that are achieved by 30 September 2020 and indicated in the University database. To participate in the selection referred to in this notice, students will not be required to submit a formal application, as the ranking will be drawn up with the data in possession of the Delphi database.

- Annex A, declaration to substitute certification, duly filled out and including the IBAN of the bank account in the name of the winning student (BIC and SWIFT if applicable), signed by student;
- Annex B, declaration to substitute certification in reference to the cases of exclusion indicated in Art. 1, signed by student;
- Annex C, declaration to substitute certification in reference to regular enrolment in MSc Economics;
- Annex D, privacy policy disclosure, signed by student.
2018/2019 First-Year Students Prizes
published in a.y. 2019/2020
MSc. is awarding three merit prizes, to be distributed as follows: € 1.500,00 for the first ranking, € 1.000,00 for the second ranking and € 500,00 for the third ranking, to be paid in a lump sum (gross amount before tax withholdings required by law) to the students enrolled in MSc Economics who satisfy the following criteria:
a) They are regularly enrolled as a second year student of the Master of Science in Economics in the 2019/2020 academic year;
b) They enrolled as first year students of the Master of Science in Economics in the 2018/2019 academic year;
c) They have passed all exams and activities foreseen in the first year study plan by 31-10-2019;
d) They have only sat exams pertaining to the Master of Science in Economics programme, that is to say that they have not received credit recognition from other study programmes at Tor Vergata or from other universities.
The evaluation of the candidates will be carried out by calculating the number of credits earned and the weighted average of the marks of all of the foreseen first year exams that are achieved by 31 October 2019 and indicated in the University database. To participate in the selection, students who meet all eligibility criteria must present a formal application, using the appropriate form, which, under penalty of exclusion, must:
- Contain all requested information;
- Be signed by the applicant;
- Be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID and an official list of exams downloaded from the Delphi online system which includes all exams taken by 31 October 2019.
The ranking is expected to be published by 15 February 2020.

2018/2019 First Year Students Prizes Final Ranking
Winning students should send the following original documents to the Programme Office by email in order to accept the prize and receive payment:

2017/2018 First -Year Students Prizes
published in a.y. 2018/2019
Three merit prizes, respectively of the amount of € 1.500,00 euro for the first ranking, € 1.000,00 euro for the second ranking and € 500,00 euro for the third ranking, paid in a lump sum (gross of tax law withholding taxes) to the students of the MSc in Economics who satisfied the following criteria:
- students must be regularly enrolled at the second year of the MSc program in Economics in the a.y. 2018/2019;
- students must have passed by October 15, 2018 all the exams and pass/not pass examinations (idoneità) included in the course structure of the first year of the MSc in Economics program a.y. 2017/2018 at this University.
The selection will be made evaluating the academic curriculum, based on the relation between the number of the credits accrued (in relation with the required credits) and the weighted average marks acquired within October 15, 2018.
In order to participate at the selection of this call, students will not have to submit a formal request, since the list will be redacted taking into account credits and grades data held by the University database (Delphi).
The merit list will be published on November 30, 2018.

Three Merit Prizes to students enrolled in the first year of the Master of Science in Economics in the a.y. 2016/2017:
N° 1 prize of € 3.000 (gross) will be awarded to the student who has achieved the best performance in the a.y. 2016/17;
N° 2 prizes, of € 500 each (gross) will be awarded to the students who achieved the second best and third best performance in the a.y. 2016/17.
