Bill Lee is Professor of Accounting and Head of Division at the University of Sheffield Management School. He has a long-term interest in Research Methods. He served as the inaugural secretary (2005-2010), convenor (2010-2011) and chair (2011-2014) of the British Academy of Management Research Methodology special interest group (SIG). He also established the Research Methods and Research Practice strategic interest group (SIG) in EURAM. He conceived of – and currently edits – the Mastering Business Research Methods series of books for SAGE. He is an associate editor of European Management Review and Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management: An International Journal and is a member of the editorial advisory board of Qualitative Research in Financial Markets.
