The July 14 exam grades have now been uploaded and are available in Delphi. Below, some information regarding the exam review sessions that will take place on MS Teams on July 28th:

Open seminar: Gender inequality and women’s work throughout history

Dear Students,

this is to remind you that on Friday 7, the first part of the lecture will be devoted to a seminar by Dr. Giulia Mancini (U. Tor Vergata), on the topic of "Gender inequality and women’s work throughout history".

This seminar lecture is to be considered part of the syllabus (and therefore of the exam). However, it is also open to external parties, should you wish to extend the invitation to any interested students.

We will begin at 9am sharp, as usual.

Exam verbalisation and booklet signing

Dear students,

please be aware that, in case you have not rejected your grade, your exam is automatically verbalised by the Delphi system, and you do not need to have your booklet signed today.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Prof. Vecchi is not available for booklet signings today. Next scheduled appontment for booklet signings is October 10th at 4pm in Prof. Vecchi's office.

April 4 exam grades

Dear students,

grades for the April 4 exam have been uploaded in the "Teaching Material" section, under "Exams". Grades have been associated to student IDs.

Please note that for administrative reasons, grades cannot be officially recorded right now: they will be recorded during the next exam session, in June.

Here is how you should proceed:

1. If you passed, and you accept your grade, please register for the June 1 Economic History exam on Delphi, as soon as registrations are opened. Your grade will be entered in the system via Delphi soon after June 1;

2. If you passed, but you do not accept your grade, please send an email to giulia.mancini@uniroma2.it by April 21, with your full name and student ID, notifying me of your decision. You can re-take the exam whenever you like;

3. If you did not pass, just register for whatever future session you like. You can re-take the exam whenever you like.

Readings - errata corrige

Dear Students,

we were made aware that the reading indicated in the syllabus for lecture 5 (migrations) should be Chapter 7 of O'Rourke and Williamson (Mass Migrations: Why They Mowed), not Chapter 6 (Globalization Backlash: Tariff Responses).

Both the syllabus and the teaching materials have been corrected. Please make sure that you update your printed material, and complete the correct reading.
