Class Materials - Week 7 and Next Steps for the Upcoming Week
Dear Students of General Management,
good morning. In terms of class materials, this week:
1) we have concluded the topic of problem solving and decision quality control (April, 7th, slides on the website);
2) we have dealt into the personality factor (April, 7th-8th, JMG article plus slides on the website);
3) we have dealt with organizing (April, 9th, book chapter);
4) we have started to talk about leadership (April, 9th, book chapter, to be developed further, plus slides on the website, also to be developed further).
Over the next week, we will restart with leadership.
On April, 14th, as anticipated, there will be a class exercise in groups. Please, bring your laptops and the lecture will start at 9 am.

Class Materials - StartCup Lazio and Unicorns
Dear All,
the slides about Start Cup Lazio 2025, plus the Hala project winning the 2024 edition, are now in the class materials of the website.
