Dear students,

tomorrow afternoon our journey will start. Welcome to the everyday mystery of the collective action and of its most powerful influencer: leadership. You will explore concepts and reality to prime your own development  of a perspective, such to unveil  that mystery as much possible. Our goal is to be able to act and think effectively as team members and leaders at every level and situation. To make the most out of this opportunity you must thoroughly read and understand the Syllabus, the Course Guidance, the Code of Conduct  here on DIDA and make yourself familiar with this GG portal, where you can find the academic material that, as a minimum, you need for this course. 

You will get reading assigned reading for each class. It is part of the methodology we follow that you read it before class, to enable class participation, very important to this course. You may be asked in class about the readings.

The assignment covering your first two classes follows. Make sure to read it and look into it thoroughly before class on Thursday the 27th, 14.00 Rome time.
