Dear students,

we are about to start our journey in the mysterious realm of Strategic Leadership, the one that is badly needed for a Global Governance.            Complexity and Chaos will accompany us to broaden our mind, while they challenge us in our uncertain and dangerous world. This is your unique chance to enter this arena so early in life, to keep growing fast toward an understanding for impact in the complex matters that you will have to face, sooner rather than later. And very soon we'll go into our adventurous Stratex 24, where you will together walk the talk we have been doing. Get your enthusiasm up, we will have fun. But you will be challenged, so be ready for it. To start with, read your assignments and consult you reference material for each class: you will understand and therefore work better and you will have an huge edge in your exams.

GROUP INTERACTION AND LEADERSHIP COURSE - CLASS 1

Dear students,

tomorrow afternoon our journey will start. Welcome to the everyday mystery of the collective action and of its most powerful influencer: leadership. You will explore concepts and reality to prime your own development  of a perspective, such to unveil  that mystery as much possible. Our goal is to be able to act and think effectively as team members and leaders at every level and situation. To make the most out of this opportunity you must thoroughly read and understand the Syllabus, the Course Guidance, the Code of Conduct  and make yourself familiar with the GG portal, where you can find the academic material that, as a minimum, you need for this course. 

You will get reading assigned reading for each class. It is part of the methodology we follow that you read it before class, to enable class participation, very important to this course. You may be asked in class about the readings.

The assignment covering your first two classes follows. Make sure to read it and look into it thoroughly before class on Thursday the 27th, 14.00 Rome time.
