research proposal submission and final presentation

lunedì 25 maggio 2026

Hi all

I hope you had a restful weekend.

This is just a reminder that the research proposal must be delivered to me via email by Thursday 28th at midnight (Italian time). Please refer to the Syllabus for the guidelines - if you have any remaining questions, do not hesitate to write me.

You do not need to show up for the exam on Thursday. Registration is only for administrative purposes.

As for the week 6 presentations: for now, if you would like to receive grade and/or feedback, drop me an email. I will provide the full breakdown of your grade components at the end of the module, once I have marked your research proposals.

Any other question, let me know.

Good luck

Lorenzo

Presentation guidelines and papers' list

giovedì 16 aprile 2026

Dear all

I have uploaded the Week 4 presentation guidelines. Please take a careful look and let me know asap if anything is unclear. Note that an earlier version uploaded this afternoon included a typo on the days and number of presentations.

In the same document, you can find a non-exhaustive list of papers. You can choose one of the papers in the list or a paper that is not included in the list: if you do want to pick a paper that is not listed, you must let me know so that I can review and approve your choice.

A final reminder: presenting in Week 4 and 6 is compulsory, and the presentations are worth 10% and 20% of the final grade, respectively.

If you have any other question, just let me know.

See you on Monday

Lorenzo
