Please read the following information carefully regarding the exam session on May 28.

1. The “second part only” option can be used only once.  
If you choose to take only the second part of the exam, you may do so only during the May 28 session.

2. If you fail the May 28 exam, you must skip the following call.  
This applies both to:
- students taking the full exam on May 28;
- students taking only the second part on May 28.

In this case, the next available attempt will be the July 3 session, where you may take the full exam.

3. Withdrawal policy.  
You may withdraw from the exam within the first 60 minutes. If you withdraw within this time limit, the attempt will not count, and you may take the full exam at the following call without skipping a session.

4. Registration information.  
If you have not yet registered for the May 28 session, please add a short note specifying which type of exam you intend to take:
- full exam;
- second part only.

Priority will be given to "E" exercises.

Dear Students,

the University has confirmed that there will be no lectures on Monday, March 23. The lecture will be rescheduled after the Easter break.

An announced in class this implies that we will not be able to finish Unit 5 before the Midterm, hence the latter will only cover Units from 1 to 4. It also implies that the final grade will we computed as:

Grade_final = 0.4 * Grade_midterm_1 + 0.6 * Grade_midterm_2   with Grade_midterm_1 ≥ 18 and Grade_midterm_2 ≥ 18
