EXTRA ELECTIVE COURSES
According to Article 27, paragraph 3 of the university's Didactic Regulation: "In addition to the ECTS credits required for elective courses to complete the study path (18 ECTS credits for Global Governance), students can take extra elective courses. The credits earned from these extra courses will not count toward the total ECTS required for obtaining the degree but will be added to the student's academic record. The grades received for these courses will not be included in the final grade point average calculation but will appear on the Diploma Supplement."
By resolution of 11 November 2023, the Faculty Council established that starting with the 2023-24 cohort, students wishing to take extra elective courses must submit a written request to the Global Governance Board Council and have the study plan approved.
The request must be submitted at least 60 days before the exam date to meet the approval deadline.
If students take extra elective courses without submitting a request, any exams taken after reaching the required number of credits in the Study Plan will automatically count as extra elective courses.
