I’m Alice, your average nineteen-year-old Venetian girl, passionate about old dusty books, black tea and strings theory. I’ve always been keen on active citizenship: I worked in a courthouse and I was the secretary of a pro-European organization, PES. I graduated a linguistic high school, which improved my fluency in English, German and Russian and allowed me to discover many other fields, like philosophy. During my teenage years many subjects piqued my interest, so choosing a specialization was quite hard for me. I’ve always thought that reality was composed of different perspectives, so why limit yourself to just one outlook? Following this idea, I picked Global Governance as my bachelor. Yet, it was not only the variety of the course that appealed to me, but also the opportunity to make a positive impact on society in the future.
