Hello,my name is Aiya Dautova.I am from Kazakhstan. I have finished foundation year in economic track in Venice. I moved to Italy when i was 17. In the beginning,it was difficult to adopt to new environment, then I’ve learned how to appreciate and connect with people of other cultures. Last half a year I was focusing on finishing my last semester of track and field on a strong note. As the oldest of three children, I usually spend part of my day playing chauffeur for my younger siblings. Being the head of the house became habitual for me, all the responsibilities and duties were mine because my parents were busy of their own business that they have. I considered myself independent, what people said about me had a very powerful influence on how I viewed myself. In addition, I’m a people-person. I love meeting new people and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. I can almost always find common ground with strangers, and I like making people feel comfortable in my presence. I find this skill is especially helpful when you are working in social. I’ve eventually been promoted to a leadership role in almost every group work because I like to organise every field of work that is given. I pride myself on making sure people have the right information because it drives better results that is important.
