Mastrorilli Andrea
Andrea Mastrorilli is a Work Psychologist with a large experience as a Military Psychologist for the Italian Air Force, where he deals with different aspects of psychology applied to work contexts and performance. He is also an “experiential trainer” in subjects such as leadership, stress management, communication, conflict management. He is a member of the Military Psychology and Psychiatry Board of the Ministry of Defence.
Within the University of Rome Sapienza, he has been assistant professor in Organizational Psychology in 2008, in Psychology of Human Resources (Faculty of Law) in 2021 and has been teaching at the master’s in military psychology since 2019. As a sports psychologist, he was also adjunct professor at the Master in Sport Psychology and Motivational Coaching for the University of Cassino in 2017.
He received the PhD degree in Psychology and Social Neuroscience from the Sapienza University of Rome in 2023. His research interests include coaching and innovative leadership, performance management, organizational health. He has published articles for national and international journals, a book and book chapters on work psychology (Franco Angeli). He is co-author of several psychometric tests (e.g. Agentic Leadership Questionnaire, A.L.Q.-2, Giunti, Florence).
