Andrea Buratti (Roma, 1977) is full Professor of Comparative Public Law in the University of Rome Tor Vergata. His books regard: The Right of Resistance in Western Constitutionalism (2006 - Winner of the Sergio Panunzio Prize of The Italian Association for Constitutional Law); Regional Government in Italy (2010); President and Congress in US Constitution (2012). Among his recent research topics: The Role of History in the Jurisprudence of European Court of Human Rights (2013); President Andrew Jackson and the transformations of American Constitution (2014); The American Frontier: A constitutional Interpretation. He is one of the editors of the blog diritticomparati.it.
