My name is Eliana Adinolfi, I am 19 years old and I live in Rome .
Ever since I was a young girl I have always been curious about and attracted to the vast knowledge and diverse experiences of the world around me. I attended a scientific high school but I soon realized that it was not enough to fulfill my willingness to better know and understand what surrounds me.
In order to realize my goal of attaining a genuine understanding of other cultures, I left my home in Rome behind in the summer of 2012 to live in a local family in Canada. The experience was so influential on my growth as an individual that I spent the next two consecutive summers in Australia and the United Kingdom respectively. These experiences opened my mind and my heart, transforming me from a citizen of Italy into a citizen of the world.
When I read about Global Governance it took me less than a minute to understand that it was the perfect course for me.
