Mr. Andrea Gavosto has been the Director of Giovanni Agnelli Foundation since 2008.
During this period, the Foundation has focussed on research, on education and training, by publishing regular reports on the state of the schooling and university system in Italy.
Previously, he was Chief Economist in both the Fiat Group and Telecom Italia and he worked at the research Department of the Bank of Italy.
He holds degrees from the University of Turin and the London School of Economics; he has been Visiting Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
He has published several scientific papers in the fields of macroeconomics, labour and education economics and he is a regular contributor to national newspapers.
