Attending students (4 questions – 60 minutes)
Question 1 – Innovation management
Describe what product and process innovation are and analyze how they are related
Question 2 – Digital innovation (online section)
Describe how SMAC technologies could support the digital transformation of a traditional coffee shop
Question 3 – Sustainable management of innovation
Redesign a traditional product-based business (e.g., lighting or electronics) into a service-based circular business model
using the Business Model Canvas. Specify key changes in value proposition, customer relationships, and revenue streams.
Question 4 – Sustainable management of innovation (online section)
List three unsustainable business model archetypes and briefly describe each.
Non attending students (get 2 additional questions and 15 additional minutes)
Question 5 – Focused question on the course materials
Describe the key characteristics of Low-Code Development Platforms and highlight their relevance to speed up digital
transformation.
Question 6 – Selected section of the textbook
Describe how to meet the challenge of uncertainty and how to manage the funnel of uncertainty
