TOZZI Valerio
Hello, my name is Valerio Tozzi and I’m from a beautiful town near Rome called Grottaferrata.
The story probably begun because I attended a bilingual kindergarden and had the opportunity to travel a lot in my life, ever since I was a child. This made me develop an attraction for foreign cultures and languages in general, which is one of the reasons why I chose this faculty. I am very keen on an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral teaching system requiring flexibility but also the capability to correlate subjects as diverse as history, maths, philosophy, politics, to better understand how society and population evolve. What really made me believe that Global Governance was the right choice for me, however, was the understanding of the values it embraces and the environment it wants to create between all of the students, which suits my personality. I consider myself a humble and friendly person, so of course new friends and opportunities of confrontation are always welcome. Diversity and inclusion are actually fundamental values, elements of personal and collective growth. To date, it is in the field of international relations that I imagine my future working, namely because I believe in the importance of dialogue and appreciate its effectiveness.
