Si invitano gli studenti che hanno superato l’esame, avendo conseguito un voto pari o superiore a 18, a comunicare – entro le ore 15,00 del giorno 20.1.2026 (o se possibile prima per organizzare al meglio la prova) - l’eventuale rifiuto del voto ovvero se vi sia la volontà di sostenere l'esame orale (l’esame orale ha carattere facoltativo).

In caso di superamento dell'esame e di accettazione del voto non occorre effettuare alcuna comunicazione.

L'orale si terrà il giorno 21 gennaio dalle ore 9,30 in aula da comunicare.

Presa visione degli esiti della prova scritta (obbligatoria per chi propone di non registrare il voto, facoltativa per gli altri): in presenza, ufficio docente venerdì 16 gennaio, ore 9:00.

Con riferimento ai risultati degli esami dello scorso 8 gennaio 2026, si precisa  quanto segue:

Si invitano gli studenti che hanno riportato un voto superiore a 18 a comunicare se rifiutano il voto o se intendono sostenere l'esame orale al più presto e comunque entro le ore 13 del 16 gennaio 2026. L'esame orale si terrà in presenza il giorno 21 ore 9, presso la stanza del prof. Giampaolino, I piano edificio ricerca. Non è necessario comunicare l'accettazione. Dal giorno successivo si verbalizzano gli esami.

Se si intende rifiutare il voto, occorre mandare una mail con nell'oggetto "nome/cognome rifiuto diritto delle società".

Se si chiede la revisione dei compiti,  ci si può presentare alle ore 9.30 del giorno 21, per l'esame del compito con la prof.ssa Massa o con il prof. Bonaccorsi.

Con riferimento ai risultati degli esami dello scorso 8 gennaio 2026, si precisa  quanto segue:

Per chiarimento: 18+4 22, vuol dire che lo studente ha risposto correttamente a 9/13 delle domande a risposta chiusa e bene/molto bene a quella a risposta aperta. Quando non c'è un numero dopo il primo il voto corrisponde a zero (risposta mancante del tutto o appena iniziata).

La risposta aperta, pari a 4 voti, inserita in compiti che non hanno riportato voti del test a risposta multipla (domande 13) pari o superiori a 14/30 (7 risposte corrette) non è stata valutata, in quanto anche il suo massimo voto sarebbe stato ininfluente rispetto al raggiungimento della sufficienza 18/30 (12+4=16).

good morning. As far as Strategic Management is concerned, the results for the overall performance for the January, 13th, call (these including the written test and the group assignments for both the modules) are now online (class materials – exams section).

In terms of next steps, please, read carefully what follows:  

1) “Extrapoints” column: when there is no value, it means that no group assignment has been performed. As known, the extrapoints for both the modules will remain valid for all the academic year 2024/25.

2) Overall Grade adjustments: 

Case 1: 24,5 becomes 24.

Case 2: 24,51 becomes 25.

3) Accepting/Refusing the Grade: The grade proposed to be registered is that in the column "To Register". Those who want to accept this grade, do not have to do anything. Instead, those who want to refuse this grade, need to send a mail to Corrado Cerruti and myself no later than January, 16th. Grades refused, or not sufficient, can be performed again in the upcoming February call.

Due to technical reasons that are entirely beyond our control and not attributable to us, we are unfortunately required to postpone the exam. The exam originally scheduled for January 20 at 11:00 will therefore take place on the following day, January 21, at the same time. This decision was not taken lightly, and it was made only after it became clear that the technical conditions necessary to ensure a fair, orderly, and reliable examination could not be guaranteed.

We are deeply aware that a change of this kind may cause inconvenience, require adjustments to your plans, or generate understandable frustration, especially when you have organized your time carefully around the exam date. For this reason, we wish to sincerely apologize for the disruption you may experience as a result of this postponement. We recognize the effort involved in preparing for an exam and the importance of having clear and stable reference points during the examination period.

We feel it is important to address you directly, openly, and with full transparency, because we are well aware of the effort, concentration, and emotional investment that each of you brought with you this morning, expecting to sit the exam as planned.

As you experienced firsthand, the lack of internet connectivity, both through wired connections and Wi-Fi, continued throughout the morning and has persisted beyond the exam time. This disruption began, as you can easily imagine, just a few minutes before the exam was due to start. The issue did not simply prevent online access, but completely blocked all University information systems, making it impossible to rely on any of the usual tools and channels that normally allow activities to run smoothly.

This sudden and total interruption made timely communication impossible, and for this we sincerely apologize. We also wish to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, both during the waiting period and later when you were informed that the exam had to be postponed. We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive prepared and focused, only to be confronted with uncertainty caused by factors entirely outside your control.

The technical offices identified the cause as a malfunction of the connection unit to the GARR network. The GARR network is the national research and education network that connects universities and research institutions, ensuring stable and secure data exchange across Italy and Europe. This failure blocked the information systems of all six Faculties and the Rectorate for several hours. As you can easily understand, this situation is not attributable to our Faculty, to your degree program, or to the course itself.

For these reasons, the exam has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 21, at 10:00. Below you will find the usual instructions for the exam on Wednesday, January 21, at 10:00.

We sincerely apologize once again for all the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience, understanding, and professionalism in managing an unexpected and difficult situation.

Date and Time

• Students must arrive by 9:45 AM. No latecomers will be admitted once the exam begins.

Exam Modality

• The exam is individual. Any opportunistic or illicit behavior, such as cheating or disrupting the classroom environment, will not be tolerated.

Platform and Registration Requirements

The exam will be conducted entirely on Google Classroom. Students intending to take the exam must complete the following steps before the exam date:

1. Register for the exam on the university’s Delphi system.
2. Join the dedicated Google Classroom course "Organizational Behavior Exams 2025/2026."
• The access code for this Classroom course is: prehhwon.
• Important Note: This Google Classroom is distinct from the course Classroom, where lectures and assignments are hosted. It is exclusively designated for exams.
• Important Note: Please note that all students intending to take the exam are required to verify their actual enrollment on the Google Classroom page.

Technical Requirements

• Students must bring a laptop with internet access. (The room provides university network access and a power outlet at each workstation.)
• The use of PCs is strongly recommended over tablets, iPads, or similar devices, as the exam requires managing two simultaneous active windows.

Exam Format

The exam comprises two sections:

1. Case Questions
• A case study will be provided, followed by 30 multiple-choice questions.
• Each question will have 5 options, with only one correct answer.
2. Conceptual Questions
• 30 multiple-choice questions directly related to all the course content.
• Each question will have 5 options, with only one correct answer.

Grading Criteria

• A passing grade (18/30) is required in both sections (Case Questions and Conceptual Questions) to pass the exam.
• Grading rules are as follows:
• Correct answers: +1 point
• Incorrect or skipped answers: -0.5 points
• The final grade will be the mathematical average of the scores obtained in both sections.
