Questa è la domanda da cui parte il corso di Management delle Imprese Culturali, che inizia il 15 aprile 2026 nell'ambito del CLEM: secondo modulo del semestre, 9 CFU, mercoledì e giovedì dalle 13 alle 16.

Non è un corso su "andare ai musei".

È un corso su come si governa, si finanzia, si progetta e si misura il valore di un'impresa che produce cultura.

SWOT, Business Model Canvas, Service Blueprint, indicatori di impatto sociale. Applicati al Teatro Argentina, al MAXXI, alle Biblioteche di Roma, all'Auditorium Parco della Musica... e molto altro.

Il modulo resta aperto una settimana circa (scade Venerdì 20 Marzo). Una volta compilato il modulo, saremo noi a contattarvi. 

Qualora si rendesse necessario, opereremo una selezione, ad esempio dando priorità a chi ha sviluppato una proposta più strutturata e innovativa.

Il percorso prenderà avvio con un incontro collettivo, durante il quale condivideremo le regole generali e gli aspetti organizzativi fondamentali. Successivamente creeremo un canale Teams dedicato, che includerà:

-una sezione generale per comunicazioni comuni;

-dei canali individuali (privati) per ciascuno di voi, utili allo scambio di documenti e al coordinamento specifico della vostra tesi.

we are now about to start our journey in the mysterious realm of Strategic Leadership, the one that is badly needed for a Global Governance.            Complexity and Chaos will accompany us to broaden our mind, while they challenge us in our uncertain and dangerous world. This is your unique chance to enter this arena so early in life, to keep growing fast toward an understanding for impact in the complex matters that you will have to face, sooner rather than later. And very soon we'll go into our adventurous Stratex 26, where you will together walk the talk we have been doing. Get your enthusiasm up, we will have fun. But you will be challenged, so be ready for it. To start with, read your assignments and consult you reference material for each class: you will understand and therefore work better and you will have an huge edge in your exams.
