come promesso, svolgeremo una simulazione della prova d’esame, pensata per aiutarvi a valutare il vostro livello di preparazione e a familiarizzare con il formato delle domande.

La simulazione consiste in tre domande aperte, rivolte a tutte e tutti.
Il test rimarrà aperto il 10 e l’11 dicembre.

La mattina del 10 dicembre vi invieremo il link al modulo online che ospita la simulazione (via Teams e sito web del corso).
Nel modulo sarà obbligatorio inserire il numero di matricola, necessario esclusivamente per consentirci di restituire un feedback puntuale sul vostro elaborato.

I dati non saranno utilizzati ai fini dell’esame e non rimarrà alcuna traccia formale della prova.

Le domande della simulazione saranno successivamente rese disponibili sul sito del corso e sul canale Teams, così da poter essere consultate anche da chi non parteciperà.

Il feedback verrà pubblicato entro il 16 dicembre e sarà articolato in due modalità:

• Feedback puntuale (individuale): ciascuno/a riceverà un breve commento riferito al proprio elaborato, tramite numero di matricola.
• Feedback corale (collettivo): verrà fornito un esempio di risposta modello per ciascuna domanda, accompagnato da una sintesi dei principali punti di forza e delle criticità riscontrate.

Suggerimenti per affrontare la simulazione

• considerate un massimo di 20 minuti per ciascuna domanda, in modo da replicare le condizioni d’esame;
• evitate di consultare materiali esterni mentre rispondete: la simulazione è utile solo se riflette il vostro livello reale;
• la partecipazione non ha alcun peso sul voto finale e non è registrata;
• potete completare il test in qualunque momento all’interno della finestra temporale prevista.

Vi invitiamo a cogliere questa occasione come un’opportunità per mettervi alla prova e capire quanto siete vicini a una preparazione solida in vista della sessione d’esame.

Instructions for the Exam in the

Organizational Behavior Course

2025, December 16

Date and Time

• The exam will take place on Tuesday 2025, December 16, starting at 4:00 PM sharp.
• Students must arrive by 3:45 PM. No latecomers will be admitted once the exam begins.

Exam Modality

• The exam is individual. Any opportunistic or illicit behavior, such as cheating or disrupting the classroom environment, will not be tolerated.

Platform and Registration Requirements

The exam will be conducted entirely on Google Classroom. Students intending to take the exam must complete the following steps before the exam date:

1. Register for the exam on the university’s Delphi system.
2. Join the dedicated Google Classroom course "Organizational Behavior Exams 2025/2026."
• The access code for this Classroom course is: c6yzir3v.
• Important Note: This Google Classroom is distinct from the course Classroom, where lectures and assignments are hosted. It is exclusively designated for exams.

Technical Requirements

• Students must bring a laptop with internet access. (The room provides university network access and a power outlet at each workstation.)
• The use of PCs is strongly recommended over tablets, iPads, or similar devices, as the exam requires managing two simultaneous active windows.

Exam Format

The exam comprises two sections:

1. Case Questions
• A case study will be provided, followed by 30 multiple-choice questions.
• Each question will have 5 options, with only one correct answer.
2. Conceptual Questions
• 30 multiple-choice questions directly related to all the course content.
• Each question will have 5 options, with only one correct answer.

Grading Criteria

• A passing grade (18/30) is required in both sections (Case Questions and Conceptual Questions) to pass the exam.
• Grading rules are as follows:
• Correct answers: +1 point
• Incorrect or skipped answers: -0.5 points
• The final grade will be the mathematical average of the scores obtained in both sections.

Dear All, 

The presentation guidelines are on DIDA. Please review them as presentations will start on Dec. 17th.

As of now there are a 63 students which means that for presentations there will be 15 groups made of 4 students and one group made of 3 students. If you design a temporary class rep, you have until Dec. 12th (our third lecture together) fro the rep. to send me a completed list with names and surnames divided by group. If you cannot arrange groups, they will be assigned randomly and presented on Dec. 12th. 

We will start our second lecture on Dec. 11th by introducing quantitative and qualitative methods of research.

please find below a notice for a laboratory with IBM that we are organizing. Unfortunately it is (for now) only for Italian-speaking students.

Abbiamo il piacere di invitarvi a partecipare alla IBM Cyber Academy, che si terrà esclusivamente in presenza il prossimo 5 Dicembre.

Si tratta di un'attività facoltativa, ma fortemente raccomandata per il suo carattere esperienziale e per l'opportunità di approfondire tematiche di grande attualità nel campo della cybersecurity e della trasformazione digitale. Questa esperienza rappresenta un'occasione preziosa per integrare le conoscenze teoriche del corso con applicazioni pratiche e casi reali. Il laboratorio approfondirà le tematiche legate alla digitalizzazione che saranno oggetto della prossima lezione del 1 Dicembre.

L'Academy si terrà presso la sede IBM in zona Piazza di Spagna nella mattinata del prossimo 5 Dicembre.

Il percorso prenderà avvio con un incontro collettivo, durante il quale condivideremo le regole generali e gli aspetti organizzativi fondamentali. Successivamente creeremo un canale Teams dedicato, che includerà:

-una sezione generale per comunicazioni comuni;

-dei canali individuali (privati) per ciascuno di voi, utili allo scambio di documenti e al coordinamento specifico della vostra tesi.

Dear all,

Here are the official instructions for the first Organizational Behavior exam after the course. Please read them carefully.

Date and time

The exam will take place on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM sharp.
You must arrive by 1:45 PM. No late entry will be allowed after the exam starts.

Exam modality

The exam is individual. Any form of cheating or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Platform and registration

The entire exam will be administered through Google Classroom. Before the exam date, you must:

• Register for the exam on Delphi.
  
  
• Join the dedicated Google Classroom titled “Organizational Behavior Exams 2025/2026.”
  
  
• Use this access code: c6yzir3v.
  
  

Please note that this is not the same Classroom used for the course lectures and assignments. It is a separate space used exclusively for exams.

Technical requirements

You must bring a laptop with internet access.
The room provides university Wi-Fi and one power outlet per seat.
Using a laptop is strongly recommended over tablets or iPads, because you will need to manage two active windows at the same time during the exam.

Exam structure

The exam consists of two sections, both in multiple-choice format (5 options, one correct):

1. Case Questions
   
   
• You will receive a case study and then answer 30 MCQs related to it.
  
  
2. Conceptual Questions
   
   
• You will answer 30 MCQs covering the entire course content.
  
  

Grading rules

To pass the exam, you must achieve at least 18/30 in both sections.
Scoring for each section follows these rules:

• Correct answer: +1 point
  
  
• Wrong or skipped answer: –0.5 points
  
  

Your final grade will be the mathematical average of the two section scores.
