The column that matters is that entitled "To Register".

In particular: 

1) those students who want to register the proposed grade, will also have the possibility to do so in remote on June, 17th at 11.00 am CET (I will open a call on Teams and send the link). Important: the proposed grade needs to be accepted in this call; if not, it will be considered as automatically refused.

2) those students who want to perform the integrative oral need to come in person to Tor Vergata on June, 17th at 11.00 am CET;

3) when the column says "oral compulsory", the students need to come in person to Tor Vergata on June, 17th at 11.00 am CET;

Come di consueto, date le numerose richieste tesi pervenute negli ultimi giorni per l'insegnamento di EGI Commerciali, del quale sono onorato, di seguito indico come verrà organizzato il processo per chi vuole iniziare il percorso orientato ad una discussione - potenziale - nella seduta di laurea del prossimo Ottobre 2025.

1. Vi sarà una prima riunione generale con tutti i potenziali tesisti giorno 27 Giugno ore 12.00 presso l'aula B al primo piano dell'Edificio Ricerca (edificio B);
2. Prima di prendere qualsiasi 'impegno morale' per lo svolgimento della tesi, si prega di leggere attentamente le linee guida pubblicate nella pagina 'Info richiesta tesi' e il 'Materiale didattico'. Non è ammessa l'ignoranza di queste informazioni (soprattutto la regola dei due esami);
3. Per tale incontro bisogna presentarsi con un'idea di argomento per lo svolgimento della tesi strutturato su un indice di due capitoli, il primo teorico, il secondo applicativo (identificare il caso studio). Non sarò io ad assegnarvi l'argomento. Dovete presentare tale proposta su un documento Word stampato da portare in tale data.

good morning. as far as Strategic Management is concerned, the results for the overall performance for the first call (these including the 26^th May written test and the group assignments for both the modules) are now online (class materials – exams section).

In terms of next steps, please, read carefully what follows:  

1) “Group Assignments” column: when the value in the column is 0, it means that no group assignment has been performed or it is planned to be performed; when there is no value (module II), it means that the group assignment has still to be performed and, when completed, the extrapoints will be added to the overall grade. As known, the extrapoints for both the modules will remain valid for all the academic year 2024/25.

2) Overall Grade adjustments: 

Case 1: 24,5 becomes 24.

Case 2: 24,51 becomes 25.

3) Accepting/Refusing the Grade: The grade proposed to be registered is that in the column Final Grade (when still missing, extrapoints for module 2 will be added when the assignments are completed). Those who want to accept this grade, do not have to do anything. Instead, those who want to refuse this grade, need to send a mail to Corrado Cerruti and myself no later than Friday, 13^th. Grades refused, or not sufficient, can be performed again in any of the upcoming calls. In this regard, please remember that the deadling to book the second call is Friday, 13^th.

for your convenience, here follow the written detailed instructions for the test of next Tuesday. Read them attentively and make sure you comply. this is a formal academic test and strict rules apply, as for the Code of conduct.

GG GIL Test Instructions 

Date: Monday,  10^th of June 2025

Time:  10.00 - 13.00

Students will be in presence, Aula Magna.

All students must have a laptop or  a tablet and a valid ID card. Smartphone will be authorized in emergency cases.

Recommendations to the students:

Be on time, be at 09.45 in front of Aula Magna. Students' identification and signature of the attendance sheet is required. Before the test be ready to show your ID (personal or University issued) to authenticate yourself. You will be assigned to group 1.0 or 2.0 according to your exam situation.

Organize your equipment well in advance.

Your laptop or tablet computer must be able to connect to the internet to perform the test.

Before start, turn off any program, instant messaging, social networking service, email notification or any other application that may distract you from the test or interfere with it.

The class reference material files are also allowed (digital and hard copies).

Browse the ClassMarker website (www.classmarker.com).

Track the time during the test, accounting for any technical problems that may occur.

Commit your full attention to the test.

Don’t use hats, hoods, scarves and any other clothing that cover the face. The use of earphones, in-ear headphones or similar devices is forbidden and their use will lead to the annulment of the test.  

During the examination there must be the absolute silence. Failing to comply with the appropriate behaviour during the exam will result in interruption of exam and the person responsible leaaving the classroom.

Procedures.

The test will be executed through the ClassMarker website.

Students will receive a personal username and password from ClassMarker before the test.

Students must go on the ClassMarker website (www.classmarker.com) and verify the access. If You didn’t receive username and password check your spam folder before asking for assistance.

Credentials are not to be shared with anybody. Do not change username and password. 

Once authentication is complete and all aspects have been verified, the exam will start. 

Upon a “Go Ahead” sign by the Professors, students need to get access to the ClassMarker website and start the assigned test.

 Help Desk: During the test, problems related to the exam or other requests must be quietly reported to the teacher.   

Reference: Textbook, handouts and slides provided during the course. Study them carefully!!

Rules of Engagement 

• It is an “Open Book” test. Students can have their textbook, slides and handouts available, also in digital format.
• The time Limit is 60 minutes for a 70 or 90 multiple-choice questions, depending on the group you are in.
• After 60 minutes the test will end automatically.
• Questions and answers are randomly shuffled for each student.
• You have to answer every question to move forward.
• For each question, there is only one most correct answer.
• Only one question at a time will be visible on the screen.
• Once answered, you cannot go back to the previous questions.
• Do not use the browser’s back/forward buttons: move on using the “Next” button.
• Do not use the browser’s refresh command.
• Do not resize your window.

(Those actions can freeze the test software).

• You are not allowed to take snapshot of the test.
• Students that will suffer of severe technical issues will redo the exam in another session.
• Once completed the test, the student cannot leave the classroom, nor get up until all students will have ended the test. If you need to leave you can raise your hand and wait permission from the teacher.
• Neglect of above instructions or misconduct will be cause for downgrade or sanctions according to the code of conduct.

Non attending students with whom I exchanged mail due to special situations, will be dealt with according to our agreements.

sorry for the delay in posting the grades. These are the final grades: the average of the two partials for those who did the two partials and the final grade for those who did the full exam

Other relevant information:

1) For those who have taken the "partial" examination: In order to pass the exam you should average at leat 18 across the two exams AND score at least 17 in one of the two. Example: 19 and 17 is ok, 20 and 16 is not.

2) If you failed the exam you will have to retake it on July 3rd. If you refuse the grade you can come on the 13 of June

3) From now on all the exams will be full version, no more partials

Exam tomorrow will be ADMINISTERED as usual via Moodle, which you can access with any laptop/tablet of your own.

To access Moodle you can reach it following this link https://esamionline.uniroma2.it/ (you can search by the name of the course, QUANTITATIVE METHODS, choosing "GRASSI-STEFANUCCI-8011794"). The first time you will need to log in with your credentials (the same as you use to access Microsoft Teams). Afterwards, you can simply click on OpenId Connect. 

The exam will be available as a link in the Exam section, on the day of the exam. 

NOTE FOR ERASMUS STUDENTS: We remind all the students of the Erasmus program that exams attended after the expiration date of their visiting time will not be assessed, and not accounted for in their personal records. Please, check it out.

Useful instructions for the day of the exam:

- Only students regularly enrolled in Delphi will be allowed to enter the exam.

- The number of questions and the duration of the exam will be communicated on the day of the exam.

- Please be informed that the time will count as soon as you start your Moodle exam. During the entire duration of the exam, you will be able to see the time left to finish right below the questions navigation tab (on the right side of your screen).

- You will only have one "attempt" to access the exam. Once you finish answering all questions (you can revise your answers by browsing the navigation tab on the right-hand side of your screen), you can submit the exam by clicking on "Invia tutto e termina tentativo". 

- It is a closed book exam. You are not allowed to use any external help or support, either on paper or electronic. Violations of this indication and cheating in any form will result in the cancellation of the exam, the impossibility for the student to attend the exam call for the entire session, and the obligation for the professors to send a report on this misconduct to the Coordinator of the program.

- On the day of the exam, you will bring the printed version of the statistical tables, the paper for computations will be provided by us. You will need to bring with you your own device to enter the exam, your ID, pens and a calculator NOT YOUR SMARTPHONE).

here follows the final grade for each of you, computed regardless of attendance. You did overall fairly well! On the 6th  of June the booking on Delphi will close and I will be able to record the grades.

Attending students can just accept the grade, or refuse it and book for an extra exam on the second session on the 23rd of June. The positive works up to that point will be considered.

Non attending students can book the exam on the 10th to get their grade. In case of failure, you can go the second session on the 23rd. There are different situations: some miss only a little to be attending and have done all assigned work, Stratex included. Others miss most of the course/exams. The first ones may have the additional exam waived, if the deviation is small, the others will have different exams depending on their situation, lighter or tougher. I will anyway consider all the activities done. I will let you know shortly what the specific situations are, also through direct interaction. Stay tuned!

I've published on the course website and on Delphi the complete results of the first call.

As I highlighted you, in order to close the register I had to classify as "absent" all those who did not finish the assignments or did not do/pass the written test.

I invite all those who haven't finished with the final result to register again for June 10th. Those who passed the written test do not need to come again. I will automatically "re-use" your performance at the test.

Let me remind you that this course has no mark, just a "pass/fail", as all extra activities.

Dear students,

after much work we finally have your GG GIL grade. Those who did not pass have already received an e-mail inviting them to book for the second session exam, on the 10th of June.

Most of you did quite well and we are pleased for your overall results. Make sure you book on Delphi the GG GIL exam, first session. On the 3rd of June I will post your final grade and you should accept them asap. Those who refuse it should immediately book for the second session, still 10th of June. It will be a hardened multiple choice exam, just like the Midterm but with 90 questions and 60 minutes. Same instructions. The works already done (Stratex, Final Work) will be considered for the second session grade. 

We have enjoyed our group interaction and growth in the comprehension and practice of leadership : )

Dear All,

as some of you needs the registration earlier while others are asking for a delay ... and I've got a single register for all the participant to a session (meaning that when I'm closing a session I have to include an evaluation or an absent for everyone who was registered at that date), I propose you the following:

- those who already did the written test and will hand in their group assignment by June 2nd, I'll register the exam on June 3rd

- those who already did the test but do not hand in their assignment will be considered absent in that date but I clearly will keep your result.

For those who will do (redo) the test on June 10th [as well as for those who already did the test] and will hand in the group assignment by June 11th, I'll register the exam on June 12th.
